The company by the name of Voxtelecom is identified as having been deducting various amounts of money from my ABSA Banking Account. The deductions, done through unauthorised Debit Order, have been going for over a period of TWO years. Cumulatively, the money which has disappeared from account goes beyond R2,000.00. Voxtelecom has used references such as “Voxtelecomr16443639” (R87.19 deducted in August 2023) and “Voxtelecomr17002508” (R87.19 deducted in October 2023). As indicated above, the amounts varied to include figures such as R80.00 in certain monthly deductions. There is no service that I have contracted with Voxtelecom. It therefore comes as a surprise that my banking has been infiltrated in this particular manner. I realised the wrongful deduction only recently as I do not have an active use of the targeted baking account I have with Absa. I do not know this company and do not have any business with it. I have recently traced it through the Google search engine and found out that it deals with telecommunications. The manner in which the money was obtained is infiltration of my account. This further indicates that Voxtelecom has details about me, which details were obtained *****ulently in contravention of the commercial and other laws applicable in this country to curb improper activities. I have therefore been done a business injustice which has to be eliminated.
A THREE-YEAR fixed contract gets extended in an ************ manner. A month-long duration is added for a ridiculous reason and Ts &Cs named "notice period". The contract I had with Cartrack was voidable from the onset because it had elements of misrepresentation coming from a tellemarketer. Now it is cancellation which is made a big issue. The conduct of Cartrack is bad and has to be steered in the proper lane.
The company Mobile Garage Doors fixed my malfunctioning electronic garage door in January 2023. I have since contacted them twice on 072 783 0193 for documentation and the problem of the garage opening by itself without a remote. I have them with my email address for contact. They have not been found or contacted me. It is now burdensome to always disconnect the power to avoid the garage opening. They have to provide a follow service and fix the problem.
I have just signed up with Auto & General for insurance cover. Mr Saiyuran handled the process very well. Here are aspects of the outstanding work: I got the quotation to review; no rush to get business; he understood my pointers; prompt and amazing responses; flexibility in making amendments to the contract. It was a wonderful experience.
I have rented the post box for over 25 years. The annual rental of about R495 is not worth it. Access to the box has been nonexistent since the beginning of 2020. There is no communication about this lack of access. i will have to suspend my annual subscription and bear the consequences such as trapped mails items and having to update my details on my existing contracts. It is bad and unfortunate
Zestlife came from the side to let me contract with them for loan protection. I had no information from Wesbank as financier that I would be approached. The debate with Zestlife was left hanging till now. I face abnormally high premiums - more than 400% of what people generally estimate. I will be terminating the contract sooner as I am making provision.
The lady in attendance, by the name of Ofentse, assisted me greatly. She went beyond my query and even got me access to the Letter of Insurance Cover that was outstanding for long. The environment she created was friendly and without tension and unnecessary rush. This was a rare situation and very beneficial.
