Stay away from this company.
Stay away from this company if you want your garage to continue working after they have damaged it. My garage was working okay but needed to be fixed but when they left it was really bad. They keep saying they will come back and till today they haven’t returned back to fix the job they did. Stay away !!!

Difference between quoted amount and invoice amount
Fast to come out the first time Battel to get them back They will provide you with a quote They charge tax on top of the quoted amount but will not mention it until the job is done

TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE. YOU WANT TO BE FRUSTRATED THEN USE THEM.
DO NOT USE THEM! DO NOT USE THEM! Daylight *******. They don't seem to know what they doing. They come out quickly on the first call and quick to take your money but don't do the job properly. They were called for my garage door for the rollers that were coming out. They said they serviced the door and replaced the rollers. It does not look like it at all. In the next few days the garage door was coming off the rail. If they replaced with new rollers and serviced, how is that possible? And in favt it was coming off more frequently then before .They were suppose to check on a remote that was not working. Now the working one and the one that was not working are not working. After numerous calls for them to return, they finally did. They said the garage door battery was dead as it was not used for so long. Who's fault is that....we had called them numerous times and immediately after the garage door was giving issues they didn't come. When asked about the remotes not working, they said that was not part of the first payment made. They said the remotes need batteries. They did not have batteries. Garage door fixing company having no batteries for remotes and the doors. WOW! They just out to rip you off and are definitely not concerned with their reputation and client satisfaction.

Don’t pay unless you are satisfied with their service
I have asked these guys to fix a garage door motor which was very noisy. They were quick to pick up the motor and to return it and demand payment and left in a hurry. The noice is twice as hard now and I have asked them several times when are they coming to fix it. The answer remains that they will send somebody. The motor is still not fixed and it seems to me after they got their money they will not return to fix the garage door motor.

The company Mobile Garage Doors fixed my malfunctioning electronic garage door in January 2023. I have since contacted them twice on 072 783 0193 for documentation and the problem of the garage opening by itself without a remote. I have them with my email address for contact. They have not been found or contacted me. It is now burdensome to always disconnect the power to avoid the garage opening. They have to provide a follow service and fix the problem.

Unethical behaviour - use their service with EXTREME CAUTION
These guys were fast to come out & remove the garage motor (which required assessment at the Roodepoort offices). I received the quotations the following day. However, when I asked them to return my garage motor, battery & remote, they started giving me the run around and even declining my calls. They've read my whatsapps & emails but dont respond. This is highly unethical behaviour. It certainly doesnt take 4days to RETURN my property. Be extremely cautious when utilising their service.

I purchased a new motor for my garage door from these guys. After a few days it stopped working. Took 3 weeks for them to come and take a look at it, only to have it stop working a few weeks later. Since then they have advised that they cannot look at it as they are fully booked. They will let me know when someone can look at it. The motor isn’t even 4 months old and has broken twice. Currently I have a garage on manual and silence from the supplier. DO NOT USE!!!
