Big disappointment
A slice of Sunday roast beef was provided while rump steak was order. The Sunday lunch was un-eatable I understand that the Krugersdorp branch is under new management. They can just as well close their doors completely with quality food like this it will in any case not take long

Difference between quoted amount and invoice amount
Fast to come out the first time Battel to get them back They will provide you with a quote They charge tax on top of the quoted amount but will not mention it until the job is done

BAD
Order calamari and hake. Calamari was overdone, hake was raw, send it back. Same hake come back over fried this time Chicken curry was tasteless Sorry but this place will not last very much longer

Second time disappointment
Bought their top range queen size bed set. After a few months use, the brand new mattress got sunk in, Their aftersales team took the pics and proof then came back with a letter saying within 4cm deep it is normal and saying we have to turn the mattress manually every month! I’ve bought 2 single base sets from them hoping that the collapse will not accurse on them however the top of the base is covered with carton box, within a month full of dents, you can’t rotate the bed properly. Everything to be reported as normal after the re-inspection. Only 1 month use already became like this, what kind of brand and quality is this. Poor workmanship, quality and aftersales service! We will never trust, use or recommend this to anyone. Rather pay a bit more and get a quality bed set from a trusted company. At the end of the day what seems to be a cheaper buy is an expensive buy. Hope Henwood can introspect and pay high attention to the quality and customer service if they still want to be in the industry.

VERY DRY CHICKEN
I did bought a full chicken just after the new owner did take over, Horison View branch The chicken was very but very nice A week ago we bought another chicken bat it was very dry and we could not eat it Now again we bought another chicken but this time we take it back. The chicken which it was replaced with was even worse and very very dry Sorry, but you will never see us again

VERY BAD FOOD
Me and my wife did go on Sunday 17 July for supper to the Clearwater Mall branch We each did order a rare rump steak after waiting for more than half an hour The waiter did not visit us after serving us. The manger did visit our table and I did complain about the stake. It was overcooked and full of black bitter spots. I am sure the grill was not clean. My wife’s stake was one big piece of fat and she did not eat it. The manager said that he will investigate but did not come back to us. This was our first visit and definitely our last visit to this restaurant Regards

INCOMPETENT FITTERS
Lientjie of sales is the only person passionate about her job. The fitters was very disappointed. Arriving late, disappear during the day and leave early. They did take two days to fit two windows which was supposed to be completed within a few hours. The place was left messy when they left. Sorry but I will not make use of them again.

RIP OFF
Very quick to take your monthly premium but full of excuses if they have to pay out or fix scratches. Did wait for nearly one month for feedback from incompetent staff Resigning from them is the best thing we could do. Will never ever sign an agreement with them again
