I placed on online order with Dischem and expected delivery to be moderately decent, but was highly letdown. I even went to hispiral, had emergency head surgery and released 5days later but Dischem hadnt delivered. I phoned through, gave my order number and reminded them that Jesus died and came back from the dead in 3days, and they cant pack stock items of their shelf and ship it in over a week!? Then the order mysterious arrived the same evening.
These guys were fast to come out & remove the garage motor (which required assessment at the Roodepoort offices). I received the quotations the following day. However, when I asked them to return my garage motor, battery & remote, they started giving me the run around and even declining my calls. They've read my whatsapps & emails but dont respond. This is highly unethical behaviour. It certainly doesnt take 4days to RETURN my property. Be extremely cautious when utilising their service.
ClearScore advised on a "missed payment judgement" though THEY had stopped debitting my bank account after I submitted contract cancellation. This has negatively impacted my credit rating. Vodacom's inadequacies, and incompetence to close my cellular contract at the end of a 2-year contract, though I provided 1month notice, and now reported ME for failure to pay the account. Let me repeat, IT WAS A DEBIT ORDER. It took Vodacom 4months to terminate my contract (after 5visits to a store), held me liable for their incompetence, and overall it affected (reduced my credit score) and flagged as a risk. This has trashed my credit rating. Up to now, Vodacom refuses to remedy THEIR MISTAKE. Vodacom are pathetic, and I would advise people to choose any other network than them
Accelerit has given me endless grief and dismal service leading up to the end our relationship. Wifi experienced more downtime than it was up. The accounts dept has left me in tears thus far battling for 3months+ to get my credit returned to me. I wouldnt recommend using this service provider purely based on their ethic of keeping their word. Absolutely appauling putrid service from their accounts side
I had the most fantastic service from a Miway employee today by the name of Phemelo Khunou. I was severely unhappy and ready to leave Miway due to various reasons, but after my interaction with this man, my faith and confidence has once again been restored in the brand that I trust to look after my car and by extention myself! Thanks Phemelo, your awesome disposition and ability to turn my frown upside down made my day, and I hope your bosses take note of such brilliance within their organization and recognize your contribution to upholding the company's core principles and values. <p>I recently purchased an item through Bidorbuy.co.za and the seller sent the parcel with The Courier Guy. The company's driver delivered the package to the wrong company, and allowed that receptionist to sign for my package. When I called to complain, and lodge a formal complaint, no body would assist me, and kept on giving me the run around. Their service is absolutely pathetic and disgusting. I sent 2.5hrs running around Sandton trying to locate a parcel that The Courier Guy (Edward) delivered incorrectly</p>
I just purchased a pulled chicken wrap from the Benmore Gardens Nando's. I am highly disappointed with the quality of the meal. The wrap should have been called a coleslaw wrap, as the only 2 pieces or slivers of chicken found in the entire wrap was no more than 2.5cm long x 0.5cm wide, and a piece of bone cartilage. The quality of food by that standards is despicable and deplorable. When a person buys a chicken wrap, there should be chicken! It was a total waste of money. I should have just bought from any of the restuarants on either side of Nando's and received what I actually paid for.<br> <br> Nando's you keep up this pathetic screw-over of patrons, and your business will suffer. Nip this problem in the bud NOW before it's too late. You have 2 strikes in my book so far from your Benmore Gardens Shopping Centre branch. Let there not be a 3rd.

I am a longtime EXISTING subscriber of DSTv South Indian, and am NOT able to receive all the channels available on the new DSTv Indian bouquet. I was supposed to have been migrated to the new bouquet over a few months ago, but this has not been done yet. Yesterday my 454 stopped working, and all the callcentre agent can say is that my decoder is faulty! That is utter crap. Last night I was on the phone with Walter Ngomane for 59:59min until the cellular call disconnected with no resolution to my problem (Ref:47292235-i30). Please sort out this problem IMMEDIATELY. I placed a repeat order of my chronic medication on 17 August 2015, and Discovery MedXpress has failed to deliver within 3days. Infact, it's 7 working days (excluding weekends) thus far.<br> <br> I called in on Monday to enquire about delivery and was advised that delivery will occur the next day. Nothing! Today is Wednesday and I called again, only to keep getting cut off whilst on the correct dept selection process.<br> <br> This level of service is beyond pathetic.
