Venue hire not as per agreement
Poor service. Refused to give back Braekage deposit even though no lossesbor breakages reported. Charged for security whereas ni security present.

UberEats driver stole my booze
This is probably not going to make a difference to UberEats as they are used to bad ratings by now and people just keep on using them. I ordered more than R3000 worth of liquor from ubereats app. Redline liqours in edenvale made up order. Waited until vain and on my app it shows delivered. And ubereats help fowesnt work. Redline say it's not their problem. So I never recieved the liquor, redline say it's not them, cant get hold of ubereats or driver, and imm out of R3000. Pretty ****ty service.

Refund Outstanding
I just cant get hold of anybody at road protect. I paid for my Vehicle's license to be renewed. After 4 weeks it was still not renewed. Because I wanted to use vehicle I went myself and renewed the license. So I basically paid double. I'm now trying to get a refund because they did not renew my license and after email and phone calls they are not responding.

Still waiting for order.
Still waiting for my order. Going for three weeks already. They Don't pick up phones. Guess I can kiss this order goodbye. Badest online order experience to date.

Bad Fibreglass pool lining repair
Contacted Swift to do a crack repair at the bottom of my pool. They ended up stripping all the fiberglass out of my pool(without notifying me). They then re-fibreglassed the pool as cheap as possible taking shortcuts I assume to save money. They fibreglassed over a broken French drain cover. When I ask them to install the new cover correctly they just fiberglass the new cover on top of the old one. When i inquired about the substandard repair job and to complete the job, I was just told to keep the rest of the money I owe them. Now I need to get another company in to solve their shoddy workmanship. Did not even replied when I asked them If they are going to commission the newly installed solar panels as well. Very disappointed in service received. Would not recommend this company as they use untrained subcontractors( That's why my whole pool lining was removed for a 1.5m crack)
