Booking was easy on the website, I got an immediate call to confirm the booking, lovely service by the consultant. Pick up was smooth and efficient however the lady at the counter was not friendly. Car was relatively new, I asked for a good vehicle as I was going to use it long distance over the days I had hired it. Once on the road the engine noise was shocking, above 60kms the car also starts rattling to an extent. For a vehicle which was so new (low mileage) under 10000kms the engine sounded like a tractor. I know its not on the company and obviously the clients hiring the vehicle don't respect the car and the hiring company. But I think if you hear the car is not sounding right check the car out properly. I got unlimited kms for a reason and expected a reliable car. It did serve its purpose however I was worried every trip I made.
Negative stars! Pathetic service and a bunch of ****s. Expired my boost my rewards voucher and did not specify a date on the message! Told me I have until October and expired the voucher on 15th October. Why not tell me the date instead of saying I have the month! You have lost me as a client. I will be moving all of my accounts! Ombudsman needs to investigate these ****s.
I would rate zero stars! It's been over a year since my flight and I have never received my paid for items! My full film video, my printed t-shirt and printed cap! I have emailed several times with zero response! You'll have ****** me! Contact me immediately and give me my items!
If I could rate this place negative stars I would. Pathetic service from Lisa. I have been here while the previous management was in charge which was much better I can guarantee. New owner and management has taken over. Steak CEO special were both ordered rare which was confirmed twice by the manager but we were served medium steak. I showed the manager after I ordered but accepted because we were always treated brilliantly by the previous management and one mistake can be okay (a decision I now greatly regret since it's a rude owner now and new management and I will never be back here). Lisa, the new owner, extremely rude did not at first listen to a order I had placed with the manager in charge at the time where at that point of receiving the bill had gone home. According to her happy hour order can be shared which since day one of dining at Delforno we were told happy hour can never be shared which we were well aware of hence we ordered two specials! Lisa refused to acknowledge what had happened during the order and I asked how is it my fault as the customer that all my drinks were not brought to my table at once during happy hour. She made me pay for this inflated bill which was incorrect as per our order. I want a refund!!! Drinks were ordered during happy hour 2 x specials ordered during happy hour second set brought after happy hour and was charged full price for each drink! Pathetic service from Lisa and I told her they have lost a valued customer as we frequent Delforno. Not anymore! Let me leave it here. Future customers, I have warned!
Less than 6 months ago got the fibre box installed. Network went off 2 days ago. Told me they going to charge me R650 per hour for them to come out find the issue and solve it (terms and conditions are nonsense). Only to find its the fibre box they installed, they replaced it with a used old firbre box and send me a bill of R1150 (additional R500 for the "new box" that they installed) and states it will be done by the billing department. Assuming now that its going to be automatically deductedfrom me. Claims the extra charge is for a new fibre box yet the one they put is old and used. I have contacted they and stated I will not pay as the box is used and not new. So that means if less than 6 months down the line again this used thing breaks I must pay over a R1000 for their broken equipment?? No response up to now! Pathetic service! If they deduct this amount I will be going the ombudsman. I am appalled at the audacity of this company.
Pathetic service. I never received an item from my order. Yet other items were received. I sent an email and they said it just arrived at my pargo pick up point and that I will receive a code. Up to today (10 days later) no code no item and several emails later with no response at all!! Very disappointed considering I am a loyal customer to this business!

If I could rate them a zero star I will. Paid for over a year. I had a massive law dispute involving a lot of money. Their advice to me was that they can't take on the case and they were so uninformed about the law it was pathetic. They should never even offer legal cover to anyone. Don't take legal cover from them period. I lost over a years worth of premiums and almost R100k due to them and then when I phone to cancel then they say they want to assist and sort my case out and told me that "I" should have phoned them sooner!!!! Why didn't they follow up as my lawyer after months of no response! Useless Clientele.
Absolutely pathetic. We walked in and the car guard in the parking area gave us a 100% better service than this place. Got greeted once by one staff member while other staff sat and spoke to each other seated at the tables and we were told to take a seat anywhere. Waited for a while received no menus still waiting. A group of people walked in after this and were escorted by the waitress, given menus, the table sanitized and even waited to take their order (they were seated next to us). She looked at us as I watched and saw that we had no menus or anything, walked passed our table and still served the table next to us first. I can guarantee I will never come back here or recommend anyone else either. I told the waiter that initially greeted us when we walked out and he just stared at us. Well done beach bums if I could rate you a negative score I would have! What was the difference between us and the customers that arrived way after us ? Goodbye
Taso's gave me a very beautiful experience. It was my birthday on 14th February 2022 and my husband made a booking as a surprise. Absolutely gorgeous views! It was very windy because it is high up but was warm, we sat outside on the deck. The service was excellent from Phila, he made sure we had his attention at all times and the resturant remembered that my husband told them to wish me when bringing the desert and the Manager and waiter did! Absolutely pleased :). The food was scrumptious to say the least! Very delicious and neatly presented. The reason for the 4 stars is only that it was extremely noisy and we could hardly hear the music which dampened the atmosphere. But I would recommend this resturant. Brilliant all rounder especially the service and food.
