My contract expired 26/08/2024. Call centre told me to write a letter stating that I do not want to renew the service and send it 1 month in advance. I send the letter 29/07/2024. Up to date Cell C still bill me and do not deduct the payments made from my account. The fast to hand you over to collecting attorneys. But where is the payment I made EFT ? You don't get statements from them. You have to beg them for statements. But they fast to call you to give you another contract when its time for your existing contract to come to an end. What a useless service provider. No signal in several places in and around my town. WILL NEVER EVER MAKE USE OF CELL C AGAIN .
02/10/2024 I contact the call centre complain that my internet is on/off for past 8 days. Support Tech assist me to reset router, still no internet. They log a call for a Telkom Technician to assist me. Arvin Cupta phone 15h36 informing me that he can't find my residential address he will get back to me. Ever since my Mweb Telkom Sim Card is faulty. But they want me to pay for no service since September 25 2024.
We have paid this account up to date. But the keep deducting 2 premiums per month. Standing now on 6 premiums of R1684.87 x 6 after account have been fully paid. We have send several emails with proof of payment just to get another deduction the next day. They are steeling money
The company Lime 24 loans are doing fraud. Please beware of this company. On 2 December 2021 we apply for a R1300.00 loan ref no (500164042312) they deduct R1899.93 14/12/2022 from my bank account ever since they keep on asking for more money every month because as per them the account is in arrears which is not the case. 25/06/2022 we paid R293.00. 16/08/2022 they want another R394.50 .On 23/09/2022 a debit order for R498.57 went off with debicheck again 2 days later they request another R553.00 The following persons are steeling clients money, Jan Mosa, Jessica Chapman – Collections Agent, R Johnston.
HJ Welding and General Repairs did work on the farm in Hoedspruit. Because the farming equipment is in a bad condition. The manager of the farm ask us to help repairing some of the tractors on the farm so that he can do his daily word with the tractors which was always broken. We did the work and submit the invoices for repairs. COD Inv 100418 and inv 100420 was submitted 06/05/2022. Up to date no payment was received. Lots of stories, 1st we not on their vendor list, then no one want to take responsibility in Babsfontein for the inv. Keep sending us back to Hoedspruit, Hoedspruit doesn't do payments only Babsfontein Suritha. Surita told us that only Dawid V Zyl decide who and when gets payment. We also are an small businesses who needs to pay employees. Travelling was done 110km to the farm in Hoedspruit accomodation was paid to overnight to complete the job. They also ask for discount on the invoices which I have gave to them. Up till now no corrospondance from Andrew Store or Dawid van Zyl or Suritha in accounts department. This farm bragging being suppliers of Woolworths. Do you get discount at Checkers of Pick a Pay when buying milk and bread?
Can't sort out employee maternity UIF claim. As the employee is on maternity leave since December 2021 Mit Mak didn't registeted the employee for UIF but it gets monthly deducted.
Good service and information receive to purchase extended warranty on my vehicle
I'm battling to get Telkom to assist me with an account statement. If I log in online I get a message that I don't have sn account. Last account received from them Dec 2018. I phone and then they promise to send account but nothing. I had problems to pay my account they send sms with banki g details. I deposit every month the money into supplied banking details. But no account. No communication from Telkom.
