I made a booking online and paid R4290 for a night of 4 people with breakfast and dinner. I booked a family room. And to my surprise I was told it doesn't show in their system that meals is included and when I get to the property I was also told that the jacuzzi is not working and I'll be compensated for a breakfast, I was so disappointed. I didn't know what to do but to agree. Basically I was ****med by Mint hotel 84 on Katherine Sandton.
I've purchased a garage motor on Saturday the 30th of November, that was on special and yesterday I received an email saying my other has been canceled. And they will refund the money to my card. So that's how I've lost out on black Friday, I'm so disappointed, in fact this is a big ****.
My Daughter got bitten by a security dog of that res Yale Village, and all they did was dumped her to Hillbrow clinic she went there alone yesterday afternoon around 18h30, got a call from her, I had to drive from Mpumalanga To Hillbrow clinic we only got help just after midnight. I called Casper Selemela the manager of Res, several times after he decided not to answer my calls. I'm raising my frustrations about this matter so it will be resolved now and I will be calling Craig the CEO of Res the whole day today until he answere my calls. This is so frustrating when I missed a payment for few days they will be so quick to cut her out of the system and deny access, but they can't even be accountable for a security of my child.
I would like to know what's the need for a funeral plan if Metropolitan does not pay to bury our loved ones. Metropolitan have disappointed me terribly. I was once retrenched and was at home for some months but never missed a payment on my father's funeral. I first went to the branch on Tuesday to submit the funeral claim after my father passed away and after standing in the queue for so long I was told the claim is not done in the branch and the lady gave me a number to call to log the claim.I only reveived an sms from Metropolitan 2 days after I've sent the documents,stating the claim has been received while I was expecting the funds to come through on Friday since the turn around time is 48 hours. So I pay a funeral plan cover only to end up begging and borrowing money so that I can bury my father. Metropolitan has been so selfish with this regard and did not keep to their promise. I'm very annoyed and disgusted by the poor service received.
