Bad Customer Service
I purchased a remote for a Samsung TV a couple months back. Unfortunately the remote was not the problem, tried to return it to Makro. Extremely bad service, Manager would not take it back due to the packaging been opened. We asked to speak to the Manager, he did not even bother coming out to chat to us. I tried following up with through customer service on-line. Received a reference number via e-mail but to-date still no response. I find this extremely bad service. Had they taken my remote back, we were in the business of buying a new TV. Obviously we have now gone through Hirsch and purchased it there.

Financing a vehicle? Do not use Webuycars.co.za - only disappointment lies ahead
On 2 separate occasions we have tried to purchase vehicles through Webuycars and have been disappointed both times. They are very quick to want to buy your trade-in but not very helpful with financing the vehicle you want to purchase. The finance department staff are absolutely useless. Paperwork submitted several times, each time claiming not received. Once received, it is not processed properly and finance denied due to their neglect of submitting the correct paperwork with reference to a car allowance. Why we know this to be fact, is that when approaching another dealership to buy our vehicle through them, no problems were experienced and finance obtained easily. The gentleman wanting to trade our vehicle in even stated that customers are not happy with the poor service received from their finance department, so they are aware there is an issue. We registered a complaint on their system, to-date we have still not have any communication from them.

Salt Pizza - Jewel of the North Coast
Best Pizza house in town. Thin base, which always comes out crispy and they are not shy on their toppings. Price is reasonable and the flavour is awesome. Service is quick, no long waiting for your order.

OPTMZ - live by their name
I am an avid online shopper and make use of several various companies for my purchases. I have to recommend Optmz as an extremely efficient and quick service.
