I traded in my car at Motus Alberton Renault multifranchise on 8 July 2025, I was told they would be settling the previous car with my financer in a few days. It's been over a month and my previous vehicle has still not been settled and the car is no longer in my possession, my new finance for my new vehicle has taken effect, I keep being told there are delays with the accountant working there and now I am concerned that I will be debited for two vehicles come month end, I have tried being patient but this has simply been dragging on for too long, and I'm not receiving any update as to what the delay is. On top of that the registration for my new vehicle has still not been finalized, first permit expired and they gave me a new one, now this one expired 14 August 2025 and I got another permit. Today is the 20th of August and the settlement still has not been done, I got debited in July for the previous car traded in and was told they would refund me but still nothing, Now I am afraid I will get debited again on the 25th for both vehicles, the traded in Kwid and the new Kiger if this matter is not resolved urgently. Yesterday I got told the reason for the delay with registration is because the car needs to get a Road worthy test done, cause the previous one expired, so I have been driving a car that isn't Road worthy and was not told, if I had not followed up I wouldn't have known. This whole deal was done dishonestly and I am seriously considering canceling the whole deal. I am completely disappointed at the service I've received and would like these issues to be sorted out as soon as possible.

I app**** for the maternity UIF at the Boksburg Department of Labour on the 22 January 2025. I submitted all the required forms and Documentation and was told to come back on 4 March 2025 to sign for payment. When I arrived on 4 March 2025 we were told the system was offline and got told to leave the payment forms in a box and should expect payment in 10 working days. I then went to Alberton Labour department to check and was told that my application was loaded but had not been approved for payment from Boksburg and I would need to go back there and ask them to approve payment. I went back today to check the status of my application and got told there was no application on the system, nothing was captured, and I would need to resubmit everything from scratch, How is this possible????? After a month and half of no salary and no communication whatsoever. Please urgently assist in this matter as it is confusing how one branch can say they see my application but Boksburg says there is nothing on the system. Please help as I cannot afford to keep going back and forth on an application that was done in January.
They handled my claim so efficiently and quickly, I logged a claim and got approved on the same day and got the issue resolved same day. Without any hassles. I am extremely happy
I am really disappointed in Clicks' online shopping. I ordered a Pink Baby bath tub on the 27th July 2020, was told it would take 3 days was then later told it would take an extra 3 days. Finally I got the message that the item was Delivered to Clicks Golden Walk. When I went to collect I found that they delivered the wrong item. I am really disappointed as this was meant to be a gift for a baby shower happening on Saturday. This is really poor service and unacceptable
