DSTV has Just lost a valuable customer - everyone look Ghost decorders are being activated in on our accounts and when you inquire and demand cancellation you are told you have to pay for the one you activated by method of self service which is hard to dispute - monthly i pay almost R800.00 and on time now all of a sudden when i checked my balance was just advised that i owe R1910.00 because i couldnt understand i called them and when i explained i was cut off 3 time and the third *********** agent by the name of tsakane cut off my call after explaining the story i then called for the 4th time sbongile advised me i have a stand alone decoder which i activated (Ghost decorder) immediately told her to cancel that because it does not exist and now my current balance was standing at R1200.00 reason behind this i used the service so i have to pay DSTV/Multichoice is not known for using its services in arrears , long story i have a ghost decoder ****** committed on my account * in all honestly besides big brother nothing for me there only doing it for my mom _told her cancelling this nonsense - i guess everyone was right netflix is the way - ***** shall be committed my name this is what happens when customers are lost ***** is committed day light
FNB has treated me unfair for months even after i sent emails, called and was even sent confirmation everything was sorted out, had a personal loan with FNB which was handed over to their debt collector groenewald attorneys due to financial constraints, managed to pay it off in october 2022 only realized in January that this debt was not settled off with FNB contacted FNB and spoke to three of their consultants Fallen and owethu and both of them assured me this matter would be sorted out after i had sent them the settlement letter and proof of payments and owethu even sent me an email stating that the legal department have sorted out this issue two months later it has not been sorted out and the reason being the collector has not allocate the funds , in all fairness this is not my business how the process are done and how the funds are allocated i have fully paid what is owed to the bank and this is no way fair to me as it has affected my life negatively because now my credit report states the payment is still outstanding and for months which is highly incorrect my issue with FNB will no stop here until it has been sorted out i have settled my debt how they processing their system and how the relationship of the collector and bank operates it is none of my business because i have the settlement letter and proof that i have settled this is no way to treat a consumer
Good day NMG thank you for your response on my last review even though it was bit harsh , not getting a proper response got the best of me , this is just a follow up on your response because since then nothing has been said to me please provide an update

I would like to thank Debt rescue and their competent staff , especially Fatima Kassanga , She assisted me quicker with an issue I had even when she was not mandated to do so now because of debt rescue and her I'm in a process of being cleared
