Get absolutely NO assistance when trying tyo have your hard earned provident fund paid out. NO ASSISTANCE< ITS BEEN MONTHS NOW
I have submitted a claim to have my provident fund paid out when I moved employers, It has now been more than a few months and I am hearing NOTHING from Liberty
About 2 months ago, one of Platinum Lifes very aggressive telemarketers called me while at work, a few times actually about someone who gave up my number so that I could receive a gift. Ofcourse I am quite sure this gift is non existant as I till today have not reveived anything. Better than that, I unequivically explained to this person that I could not afford any policy with platinum life what so ever as this would literally be taking food out of my mouth. Even though I told the salesperson that I was not interested, Platinum Life is now STEALING money out of my account every month. Platinum Life, I want my money back, and I want the person who signed me up for this policy that is currently FRAUDULANTLY costing me money to be punished. Hope to hear from you soon
On 3 September 2020 I submitted my documents via email to CADOnlineSales@vodacom.co.za in order to apply for a cellphone contract. On 6 September I was emailed and notified that the application with a reference number 26411764 was approved. I immediately wrote back and asked for assistance on how to proceed. It is now 12 September 2020 and I have still not heard anything from Vodacom. This is not only very frustrating, but also very concerning.
I had a cellphone contract with Cell C in I think 2016, I have subsequently lost my job and was unable to pay this contract. I was then handed over by Cell C (without any correspondence) I would now like to settle this account, I wrote to there customer service a while back, requesting more details so that I could now finally settle this debt and get on with my life. I was told that someone will contact me within 48 hours, its been almost a month and a half now. I think its poor from Cell C to be quick to hand you over, and then not help you when you want to rectify the matter. Cell C has up to this day not provided me with any info on where and how much to pay.
