I called waterfall hospital on the 10th of July 2025 after the disappointment I had at Steve biko hospital. They told me that they would only operate on me in November 20th 2025.. I explained my situation to Dr Dr Aguir plastic surgeon office. I spoke to a lady there and explained to her that I needed to do a small procidure to remove the tumor off my right hand and needed to know how much more or less the cost as I was in a lot of pain and could not endure it anymore. I was booked for an appointment on the 16 the July 2025 at 10am in the morning as the lady told me that plastic surgeon consultation fee is R2700. Plastic surgeon would look at my wound, as well as my results from Steve Biko and based on that, they would give me a quote as to how much the small theater operation would cost. The next day I called my GP from medipark and explained the situation to him. He told me that as long as biopsy report says I don't have cancer, they would assist me. The booked me for a small theater operation on the 16 July 2025 at Medipark centurion at 1pm. It costed RR5200. 00. But then I forgot to cancel my appointment at waterfall hospital. The lady from Dr Dr Aguir office called me to let me about the appointment. She didn't even give me an appotunity to apologize as I had forgotten to cancel the appointment. She was so rude and said, 'ja, mpho, it's not nice' n hang up on me. Everyone makes mistakes. I was in pain and needed assistance so bad that it completely slipped my mind. But her attitude is uncold for. I don't think waterfall hospital is bad,, but she is.
I would like to thank Dr S. Cossa and team for conducting my operation successfully. I was going through hell the past few months. Medi park in centurion especially Dr S Cossa really helped me. I went to withdraw with my sassa card and the machine swallowed my card. The branch manager at blue valley branch in centurion, miss Mpho Mlhwa****, was so professional and assisted me to get my card within 10 minutes. I am so greatful to her for all her efforts. I bank with capitec as well and thus far, I am super happy with the service that they give me. Thank you so much guys.. You rock. Keep it up

I tried to call and email and call to no avail. I asked you guys to please cancel the debit and stop debiting my account. My bank cannot even stop the debit order from their side. I am not working and cannot afford to pay it. No policy documents were even sent to me so I don't even know what I am paying for
