I have never experienced such ****ty and inhuman customer service from one of the big retailer in Africa. This matter has been poorly handle since the 22 July to date. I have spoken to over 10 people who should just get fired. Very rude, unprofessional and have atrocious behavior. I’ve been hung up on never got a chance to talk to a manager whatsoever. How much more money do they want to take from me for what belongs to me. I spent close to R500 on just airtime just to get a refund worth R1200 on a failed delivery which is another whole mess on top of this one. Thank you very much adding onto to this miserable time we are facing globally.
Woolworths South Africa Online Shopping. Their service is unacceptably degrading. You will wait 3 months order and still be in the queue. Their team is incompetent and they don't respect the customer. " As per our telephonic conversation, we will refund you in a form of a voucher that can be used in-store." Now I will wait for the remainder of 2020 to get the voucher. Talk about Woolworths quality
