Riaan at Petsmart in Brits is very rude! Riaan the owner I believe is threatening me on WhatsApp and by calling me. He continues to threaten, curse and shout at me because he is a absolute horrible person. I am considering getting a protection order against him today!
I am a regular monthly customer at Fleisherei Deli Wonderboom Junction, I never had a problem with staff before today! The woman who was on duty today was very rude, unpleasant to be around and very unhelpful. The moment I entered the store and greeted her she was rude and didn't greet me back, I started packing meat in my trolley and asked her a question about pricing and she completely ignored me! I had to repeat myself multiple times to get a short rude answer from her! While I was browsing the meat she was packing at the same time and at this point she rudely asked me if I would mind moving my trolley over there! I rep**** of course and did so without being rude back to her in any way. After a while in the store I saw her being rude to alot of other customers as well and they also didn't treat her the same way as she treated them, later on another customer saw how rude she was and completely just left the store without buying anything. I finally had enough and just decided to pay and leave with what I had in my trolley because it was very unpleasant in the store with her, as I was packing my meat on the counter she was rude to me again and didn't answer me when I talked to her and when she did have to talk to me she responded in the most unpleasant manner! I remember there was always a very friendly woman working there but I didn't see her there today so I asked the rude woman where she was and she started to attack me in the most disrespectful way possible by telling me if I'm asking where the friendly woman is then I'm insinuating that she's unfriendly! She then asked me some stupid questions like is a brother and sister always friendly to each other etc. She lastly stated that she knows I'm a regular customer and she remembers the woman who sometimes comes in store with me and then started to insult my disabled wife by saying my wife is never friendly and very rude also. I work with customers alot and I'm absolutely always friendly and helpful to my customers no matter if I'm hurt, feeling unwell, sick or just plain tired. What happened in Fleisherei Deli today is unacceptable to say the least!
I enquired about one of their products and they didn't reply to me even know they read my message.
Never had any complaints about Delta 5 Games in the past with the previous employees. Today it would be nice to get a chance to speak with someone over the phone without them ignoring you while trying to call them or them putting the phone down while you are speaking with them if you get the chance to do so.
Since when did I give my consent that Cell C may send me spam messages? I do not consent to receiving spam messages from Cell C at any time. The opt out option does not work and the same struggle on their website. I highly recommend having your tonneau bakkie covers done at Xpert Covers SA. Very professional and friendly people. I had my Nissan NP200 fitted with a new tonneau bakkie cover at Xpert Covers SA today and I am a very happy customer. Lianie sent me an email this morning with prices and I asked to please have an appointment made for today if possible and Lianie pushed me in for 1pm today thank you so much for the help Lianie I really appreciate it. I arrived at Xpert Covers SA at 1pm I was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff and informed that my tonneau cover is still being made and will be ready in 10 minutes time which is amazing as I only placed the order this morning great job guys. 10 minutes later after numerous clients have come and gone my tonneau cover was ready and to be fitted soon. The man removed my old cover very quickly and started fitting the new cover very quickly amazing... There was a minor flaw with the cover and it was returned to the shop and fixed very quickly again amazing... I am astonished to say the least at this point. There was a rope sirkel missing on my bakkie it was replaced with a brand new one and I requested if the other corner could be done with the same rope sirkel to look the same as the others are old model ones and the man replied that it was a bit risky to drill out the old one which I understand and I requested if he could try and see what happens and he was more then happy to help with my request and did a more than professional job thanks alot man it looks stunning and the cover was fixed and fitted very professionally and it looks beautiful. Thanks to everyone at Xpert Covers SA for going out of your way to help me today :) I am telling everyone about my experience with you today ;)
Extremely bad service recieved by RAM Courier Services I won't recommend them to anyone. I ordered a 5G Sim and oudside router from Rain and Ram is doing their delivery. After 3 days Ram called me while out from the house and told me that they are going to deliver the parcel now and I told them I was out from the house I asked for it to be delivered a bit later when I got back home and the driver replied no he is going to deliver it on Monday 3 days later. Only when I got home did I recieve an sms and email from Ram that the parcel is being delivered today haha... Worthless courier services. I then received a call from the Ram hub as they call it and explained my situation and I asked to pick the parcel up myself from the hub and she replied she would have to call Rain and ask permission and she will call me back in a few minutes time I am still waiting...
