So disappointed , always the chicken is Sooo SALTY, MNX , RATHER CLOSE IT CLEARLY THEY NOT DOING ANYTHING RIGHT!!!! WE FAILED TO FINISH EVEN ONE PIECE ....

IM SO DISAPPOINTED YESTERDAY 10/03025 @1:15PM I WENT TO TRADE ROUTE MALL BRANCH AND BOUGHT A LAUGHING DOLL AS A GIFT FOR MY DAUGHTER AND WHEN I GOT HOME AFTER 1 LAUGH THE DOLL NEVER LAUGHED....THE LOGISTICS OF ME GOING BACK TO LENZ ITS MONEY, ,FOR A REFUND WHERE ELSE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE BEING PUT ON SHELVES WOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED IF THEY IN GOOD CONDITION TO BE SOLD TO..., its so upsetting and inconsiderate that y'all thinking for your sales only but not the cost of it...i will take this matter to CPA and report The Crazy Stores to all social media platforms so that you could learn that there is kids involved....let alone i have to pay ticket for parking again too again as my baby cried the whole night for this doll.

ALEXANDER FORBES IS A ****?!!!!!
I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP WITH AF FOR OVER 3 MONTHS NOW, I RECEIVE SAME EXCUSES. THIER WHATSAPP IS BLOCKED AND NO ONE BOTHERS TO PICK UP THE PHONES ,NO ONE CALLS BACK. AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE APP**** FOR 2POT RECEIVED THIER MONEY BUT MY CLAIM WAS SUBMITTED WAY BEFORE 2POT KICK OFF. THIS DIPUO LADY SENT SAME EXCUSES BUT THEY FAILING TO TRANSFER MY FUNDS. WHY IS IT TAKING TIME FOE FOR AF MAKE A TRANSFER WHILE MY PREVIOUS EMPLOYER SUBMITTED ALL DOCUMENTS IN TIME. IF YOU THINK OF TRUSTING AF LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE AS YOU WILL GET TO RESPONDS AND ITS HARD TO GET THROUGH. THEY JUST LIE ON TOP OF LIES,I HAVE PROOF THAT ALL DOCUMENTS WERE SENT THROUGH TO THEM SO THAT THEY COULD MAKE NECESSARY AGREEMENTS. ALEXANDER FORBES IS A ****M!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE
I have been following up with my provident fund claim for weeks with empty promises , still to this day have not received my payment. Case wad created and agent has been in contact with me but yesterday I received no call or communication from her as promised. I am not a 2pot withdrawer but resigned from my previous employer beginning of July . Was told to wait for 6 weeks but counting its way more than. Whats keeping Alexander Forbes from transfering my money . IT'S MY MONEY AND NOW CANT MOVE ,MY PLANS ARE NOT GOING ACCORDING WHATS WORSE THEY DON'T ANSWER CALLS NOR RESPOND TO EMAILS,THEIR WHATSAPP IS BLOCKED .THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL N SADDENED THAT PEOPLE TRUST YOUR SERVICES TILL AF SHOWS TRUE COLORS ,IF THINKING OF TRUSTING THIS COMPANY THINK AGAIN COS YOU WILL BE STRESSED .

I want my money ,stop delaying my claim
I have resigned from my previous job and before 2pot but my claim has been finilized , thier whatsapp is blocked ,struggling to get through them.its been over 6 weeks now. This is unprofessional and unacceptable for me to call and sending emails on daily basis following up but with no luck. I Need my money ,.whats seems to be the delay . Why put 2 pot people first before my claim. I will be reporting to all social platforms and I would never advise any to trust you.

Poor with 100%percent blackmail service
It's been 4 months now since I have complained to them regarding my dad's head stone after they have put someone closer to him leading the way grave to fall. I was promised that it will attended to to my suprised after so many months still nothing has been done. They don't respond to my emails and when they do I get to be blackmailed I had to follow up on them as my email was read and ignored.... Currently I have started communicating with CPA officer for an advise. With so much that has been paid together there poor service I got from them I would not recommend it to anyone.

Customer service sucks
Dobsonville mall branch sucks all their stuff but they follow their stupid supervisors how can business implement cash withdrawals from the till and all of them don't have cash. We as customers have to wait two hours for two lines to be served. They were so worried after looting but now they have jobs backs they don't care.

Scam bank
They deducted twice on my account now after I have responded to an email sent with specific time to call me but didn't bother now cant do my dad funeral arrangements and pay my rent. This is rip off bank they scams last when I called they said will pay 4100 but now close to 9000 went out from my account
