Worst service
Worst service ever with Momentum has being over a month I had to do all calls and follow ups myself , my cars further defaults has not being reviewed by the assessors that momentum uses, My car hire has expired today at 11am and I called 4 times with no positive feedback from the manager Sylivia from drivable claims this morning.

False advertising
Unhappy customers due to false advertising Colgate triple action special no stock at any store even the supplier does not have stock. How can a huge company advertise and not have stock.

False advertising
False advertising R5 special for Canon camera and Emily mirrors, stand for 2 hours awaiting store to open only to be told no stock, manager Refilwe rude as ever, told customer care customers wanting to destroy the store, all customers were irate. Called customer care spoke to Thandi who said someone will call me before 1pm up till now no call back, I called at 14h36 no managers to take my call neither is Thandi available.

A Great Neuro surgeon
I would greatly recommend Dr I Human from Wilgeheuwel hospital for any Nero surgery. I had visited 3 neuro surgeons from the end of July 2020.and this surgeon went beyond his call of duty to assist me.

Most Terrible service from Fedhealth
Most terrible service once again, I am awaiting approval on a operation sent documents and call 3 days later only to find out it has being declined due to them unable to upload my documents stating I did not send all documents yet whefn I spoke to the consultant loading she told me all documents received and also how can a medical decline without sending an email or contacting a customer to request the documents to be resent. If this is not sorted today and approved I am going to the CGSO.

Fedhealth is the worse medical aid
It has being two weeks now that I am trying to get refunds on bills I paid and worse is trying to get authorization for a back op sent all the docs yet they say it is not clear. I don't understand medical aid payments are done timeously yet I am told if it does not fall under a certain category it might not be approved the question is why then call yourself a medical aid.
