For the love of God, please avoid this company , service will be good and helpful UNTIL you have a problem then you are on your own . Rather buy from a reputable store with aftersales support , saving potential customers a massive headache dealing with this lowlife company
Poor service , avoid like covid19 . Terrible aftersales customer service , pushes blame when sending a defective item back . Refuses refund on a product still under warranty . Poor response time and feedback . Advertises items as instock and as soon as you pay ..... no stock , waiting for supplier . BE PREPARED TO HAVE A HEADACHE DEALING WITH TECHHUT UMHLANGA

Midas online, stay away from them, rather do purchases in store, 21/06/22 purchased item online and after payment went off I saw my order was canceled, tried calling about 20 times just rings, no answer. Email support.... No response...... Managed to get hold of them 1 week later via Facebook with little success as no one is even helpful. Pathetic service and thanks for trying to steal my money even after providing proof
Extremely slow and nothing happens when you call support, they just make a note, really poor service.
Very poor service from RAM Richard's bay, why do big network companies even use them when they don't deliver on time. Even on tracking they lie and say they attempted delivery and it failed, for you to attempt something you have to try to do it first. Worst courier ever
