I am failing to understand why you guys continue to debit my account when it was officially closed on 13/04/2025. I have an email to prove that. I demand a refund of all my ****** money. Some months I’m debited twice. This is daylight *******. You guys are ****** and ****mers of note.
I’m so disappointed by Amazon Prime; I cancelled subscription on the 13th of January but they continue to debit my account. This is so frustrating and it has to stop. I got a confirmation email to this effect so I don’t know how they explain these payments.
I wish to register my most sincere appreciation for the outstanding service that I received from Naked Insurance. My son lost a phone that I had insured in Household Contents cover. My claim was approved in one day. He now has a brand new phone to the value of the one that got ******. Keep up the good work Naked Insurance. I’m one of your happy clients😊
After 7 months of waiting, I finally got my phone that had gone for the repairs. Very grateful to my consultant who tried all in his powers to get it back. I'm truly grateful for his efforts
Hello Peter, I took an iPhone 7 cellphone contract with MTN in November 2019. In January 2020 the phone went blank and froze screen. I took it back to MTN Pavilion, I was told that the phone failed warranty tests cos it had a scratch. I was then promised that it will go for repairs. Up to today, I am paying for the phone that I do not have. It's almost 8 months and I'm very frustrated. Please help me.
