Initially experience seems good. Website is slick, processes are efficient, agents are proactive. But when the rubber hits the road, their payout ratios are awful. My pets are on premium plan, but twice now I have received a pittance versus claim. R600 for a R4000 claim.
Online customer service is a disgrace. On Black Friday I ordered a number of scatter cushions. The delivery was short 1 cushion that I paid for. I have sent 5 emails on this and phoned the call centre multiple times and reported it through WhatsApp. No one responds or they promise to investigate and no one gets back to me. This is utterly disgusting and dishonest business practice. I am shocked and disappointed. Their customer service line should be renamed from Help->Hell
Liars and thieves. Stay far away!! Paid for a full load of bricks. After multiple delays, broken promises and excuses, they cancelled the order and committed to refund the money. However, they have been dodging payment for months. First they sent me FORGED bank POPs pretending they had made the payment. After the bank confirmed they were forgeries, Haspex then lied and delayed for weeks with excuses about bank issues, cashflow problems, etc. Still no money! Police case has been opened against the Company and Directors for theft and forgery. Investigation is also underway by investigating unit of the bank. Stay far away!!
Wrong product and poor customer service. Ordered a chaise chair online. When it was delivered 6 weeks later, they had sent me the wrong product. I raised it with the company and they first argued with me that it was the right product. When I finally sent them screenshots from the website, they agreed that their website was incorrect. No apology for the mistake or for arguing with me. No offer to replace the product or make amends. Nothing. Very poor service. Would not recommend.
Service seems good at face value. But - despite multiple attempts to get consistency across my regular weekly cleaning - the cleaner changes on almost every visit. I had 4 cleaner changes across 3 visits. It is completely impractical to onboard a new cleaner for EVERY visit and makes it more work to use SweepSouth (at a higher price) than to just interview and hire normally.
Product looks good but very poor quality. After 1 year, my Epoxy floor has started to peel and my concrete floors are cracking everywhere and the surface colour is delaminating in multiple places. Spent months trying to reach them to see how I can resolve and was ignored or received a series of excuses. Wanted to give them the opportunity to help address the issues but they had no interest in resolving the issue. Would avoid this company.
