I am not being taken seriously regarding my car. The car has a mechanical failure, and they are dragging their feet in resolving my issue. I get empty promises, and my emails are not being responded to. I need my car as my job is reliable on it. Can somebody at Haval Alberton start taking me seriously? This is your brand that you were quick to sell to me. Now that it has issues, you are struggling with troubleshooting your own brand. My maintenance warranty company is waiting for their report in order to see how they can help me. Can someone in a higher position call me? someone with decision-making authority.

I have been calling your retention team since the 30th November 2020 and everyday thereafter with no one picking up my calls. How can one be on hold for over 2 hours without an answer from ur call center? Pathetic service, your walk in in Alberton City are just as lazy, uncaring, unfriendly and don't give a damn. All they told me was they can't help I need to speak to the call center retentions. I got a raw deal from ur 3rd party guys wrt to the data they promised. I now have data that I can't even use. ***?? ure quick to debit my account and too slow to act on my complaint. I want someone to call me urgently before I contact ur CEO.

How dare you debit my account in a space of a week? I just took cover on the 13th August and now bang another debit order. You're ruining my things. Please reverse that debit order as the guy I spoke to on the 13th he said my NEXT DEBIT ORDER WILL BE 23RD SEPTEMBER AND NOT AUGUST. *** is wrong with u people?? You're useless, I swear I wish I didn't take cover with you coz clearly this shows I'm going to have problems along the way. I want my money back Today. Where do I start? The moment I entered Raceview entrance, I was welcome by a big friendly smile from Brendon. The service I recieve from him was excellent, I have been to different dealership and never have I received such service. I mean they offered me something to drink. Like who does that nowadays? He listened to my needs and what I am looking for. It didn't even take 2 hours and my finance was approved. Constant communication from Brendon. How can I forget the gentle giant Brian. What an awesome human being. He explained everything to the Tee. When I left his office, I knew my interest where taken care of, the advice he gave and how he made feel me like I am the only person important. What a great team. Thank you for everything and continue doing what u do best. I'm so in love with my car. My family and I will forever be grateful for the advice you gave to us.
