The most horrible resort ever, they practically rip people off, their prices are way OVERPRICED and their cabins offer nothing, fridge doesn't work properly, stove doesn't work, and if you are going there for peace of mind you won't get it, church group made sooo much of noise till late of night and after they were done a party was going on til past 1 at night hardly got any sleep. Receptionist was also very rude at first and was going to send us off on the first time, I couldn't even leave as I had my baby with, I had to ask her to allow me to at least view another cabin, doors jammed, cupboard doors broken it looks as if they don't even clean up the cabins before guest check in, planks from the cabin floors are open and loose alot of wing gets in. I do not recommend anyone to go with a family to this type of resort there are plenty of other decent resorts cheaper with much more decent facilities around.
Credit profile being blocked for an account that was paid up 2 years ago ,send numerous emails and called no assistance whatsoever...This is a fraudulent case and needs to be dealt with urgently.
I don't even have to share my experience seeing majority customers receive bad service ,awaiting a refund on goods I did not receive, placed and order 3rd December 2022 for delivery, it didn't get delivered ,had to drive all the way from pta to go get the stock they had on 19 December 2022 ,still awaiting a refund on the stock they did not have including transport fee. Staff and managers attitudes are a don't care ,SAPS will be required to investigate this business as it seems they only rip people off money and don't provide them with the services required. Staff and management needs to be customer orientated!
TV started flickering going on and off eventually it went on and started creating lines on the TV, called the call center in September 2022 nor ticket or query was even logged,eventually the lines went away now it seems to be doing the same thing on the 1st Nov, I need my TV repaired it is still under warranty, if this is the service from Samsung I don't advise others to pay so much for low quality brand I prefer to stick with hisense my TV I had for 5 years no issues sold it in good quality also .
Delivery was fast, I've been using the product more than 2 weeks now still no results but will wait for the month to go by to see if I loose weight and if the product really works as said claimed.
