REFUSAL OF ACCOUNT CLOSURE
Great for investing BUT WHEN I NEED TO CLOSE ACCOUNTS AND GET MY MONEY... I'm told funds are still being processed but those funds have been sitting into he account with no activity for a while. BE CAREFUL WITH THEM, YOU MIGHT NOT GET YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU NEED IT

I would like to thank Sean Chiloane who assisted with my insurance claim early September after my husband was involved in a car accident of which he came out fine but the car was written off. Sean was an assuring friend in the whole process of which I never stressed at all because of his caring and supportive nature. I am someone also working in the service industry and always wish for service that I myself would want to receive and this I found in Sean's work. The whole claim only took a month for everything to be concluded and we collected a new car yesterday and the accident happened on 2020/08/29. I wish you only the best in all you do and that the good Lord continue in driving you to do the best work that you do.

No customer urgency
I'm standing here outside the loch Logan mall branch for a Sim swap since 09:00 for my husband's nr. We were together when we got here then I left him to go work in the car. He then comes to fetch me to remind me the Sim is in my name that it is me they need to speak to. When we come back the 3 consultants working here tell us we need to queue again but my husband was already helped. It's only one consultant working, another at the door and another sitting behind his desk not helping clients. It's been 2 hours and we are still in the queue.

DON'T USE MONDO ON CLEARSCORE APP
Terrible service after I was called on the 31st of July after logging an interest for a laptop and router from MTN on mondo. This was through clearscore which I was excited about to have such convenient checking of which mobile packages I qualify for. Till today no one has contacted me about the application or delivery after my bank account details were taken by a rewardsco caller and debit order done but not even an email of contract received or delivery made as was said by agent who said I would get the delivery in 3 -10 days. When I called mtn last week they told me that the application is incomplete and still with rewardsco
