These guys want to be the middleman for convenience but it's only a one way street, they cant even send information back to the municipality that issued the fine to tell them they have issued the fine to the wrong person. They can't even give you the correct information of the municipality that issued the fine so that you can contact them directly. I don't even own a car and got issued a fine for speeding during work hours in some town 800km away
My colleague and I both ordered the black Friday deal on the same day and we stay about 10 houses apart in the same road his line is already active from the 8th of December 2022, I haven't even received my router yet. Spent hours combined holding on line just to be cut off, ive emailed, tried the call me back service and still nothing. I don't know why any one would sign up with Vox absolutely pathetic customer service and the sales guy I dealt with over WhatsApp keeps telling me he is escalating the matter
After I received my Data Sim card i got 100's of SMS's stating my Truworths account is in arrears. I contacted them on services@truworths.co.za saying the have the wrong number, they replied and confirmed the number was removed and apologized. now a month later it started again
I honestly don't know how these guys can be voted best ISP by my broadband in 2019 and for that reason I signed up with them. As a new customer I'm totally disappointed in how they treat you and my line is still not active. There customer service is non existent. The people on the phone don't have a clue what they are talking about, so they just transfer you from Mr. Useless to Mr. Its not my job. You can't speak to any manager because they don't exist. They constantly make promises that will never happen. 7-14 working days is just BS. I'm still waiting for the so called compulsory router that you have to use because no other router in the world will work with Supersonic according to their technicians. To order stuff from overseas takes less time than to get a router from Supersonic to Durban. They don't respond to your emails, their WhatsApp chat is absolutely a waste of time, you wait hours before someone responds and if you don't reply within 5 seconds from when they do you have to start the process over again. At my previous house I signed up with Skify before they were bought out. New installation was done, Vumatel confirmed the line was allocated and the same day I had internet. I've also emailed supersonicsocialmedia@gmail.com which is the email address given on Hellopeter and they also don't respond on that email. So my advice is don't sign up with Supersonic you just wasting your time and money
