On the 8 March 2021 i purchased a RPM40 Smok, after 3 weeks it went faulty, I went back and they refused to replace it as said there was liquid damage to the battery. After them saying they would open it and see which I refused as warranty on this item would be void. Not hearing from them within 2 weeks, we made a complaint and with that they had opened the device and told me, there was nothing they could do. I then proceeded to get hold of Smok international to be told that they are not a registered vendor with them and they should have replaced the device as it has a 6 month warranty. Jenna from Smok international was the most professional person that informed me of this and sent a replacement to my daughter in England. VAPE JUNCTION RUIMSIG avoid like the plaque, they do not carry Warranties on their devices as they are obviously are not registered with Smok to do so. Unfriendly and very Unprofessional. Rather go to Evolution Vape in my opinion
This is my second time in writing a bad review after asking for one of my contract numbers to be moved to prepaid and receiving a confirmation email from Vodacom of this been done. The number in question has no service therefore I can only presume that the number has been cut off. When I specifically asked for this number to be made prepaid and just this took over 3 months to be done.
I have asked Vodacom numerous times to make one of the numbers on my contract to be a prepaid number from September 2020, and guess they say no problem will be done, now I am sitting in February 2021 and the are still charging me for this number, one of the consultants said that they would credit the amount, but oh no, nothing done. I have been a client for over 20 years with Vodacom. Bad service, just not impressed.
i have phoned the call center numerous times!! You either sit on the phone for 20 minutes or have the problem resolved just for it to happen again in a couple of days! The Internet is continuously down even after upgrading the line to 10megs. The Internet doesn't even reach 5megs on a good day!! What service am I paying for? I have to reset the router at least 5 times a day for the Internet to even work at an okay level! The service received from Telkom is poor and disgusting! It is a complete waste of money to be paying for a 10 meg line that doesn't even reach anywhere near 10meg and majority of the time doesn't even work properly!! It is useless to phone the call center and when they send out a technician, it takes DAYS to even have someone come out to see what the problem is just for it to return again! I would like a response from Telkom ASAP!!!
I have tried calling the cancellations department 0821958 for 4 days in a row, i have sat waiting for at least 20 minutes everytime!!!! I even phoned on the dot at 9 am, to still be informed that we are experiencing high call volumes???? All i want to find out is how much is it to pay up 2 of the contracts that are linked to my account for my daughters so that they can move onto their own contracts. I have phoned the branches, and even the normal call centre and chatted to a consultant online who all referred me to phone the above number. Surely there needs to be alternative options if the call center can not handle the influx of people calling in. Seems as though vodacom is NOT interested in receiving new business!!!
