I had previous issues with this service provider and some agents got back to me. Promised me that they would do everything to correct my issues. Up until today nothing has ever been resolved and I'm just being billed for a canceled service. This service provider is of the pits. I am warning you. Please be careful with vodacom.
I had a terrible experience with vodacom and its stated in my previous review. This is to inform everyone that when you have a problem with them they don't respond. Never. I would not recommend vodacom to anyone and I hope they see to what measures they push us, their paying customers. Not a single response of any sort or platform from them. I guess it means my horrific journey has ended them.
This service provider is by far the most *****ed. I have an existing contract with them so I decided to taje out a new one, which I canceled within 7 days and the cancelation was approved. That is not the story. So upon contacting them one of the male agents told me I was due for an upgrade which means my premium would come down significantly and I woul get an "FREE" gift. I accepted. Only to be billed twice as much when I received my statement. Now the price plan of the free gift which he constantly told me I wouldn't be billed for was added and it was now higher than my previous payment plan. I canceled it and STILL to date awaiting to amend my account as I refuse to pay for any thing that was gifted and anyways collected as I had to make sure I won't be paying for unnecessary items. So please be careful with vodacom as you might also end uo being *******. No one has ever came back to me and I still await action. Very *****ed company
Made by Artisans is an amazing online shop. I had the most amazing experience with them recently. The service is absolutely amazing. I am also highly impressed with the lady Lericia Ford, who assisted me from before my purchase right through to delivery. Thank you. You made the shopping experience more pleasant. I had a truly amazing experience with GroundCover. The service is as high as the quality of their goods. I purchased a pair of ladies' sandals, and it was my best purchase by far. Firstly, the online navigation is so convenient. The service is great all the way throughout the entire process. The shipping was so quick. Had my order in less than a week. On arrival with my order, I was amazed with the high quality and great craftsmanship of the goods. And the comfort is just wow! I am truly grateful, and I can't thank GroundCover enough for the amazing shoes. I am in the process of buying a few more pairs of the high end quality. GroundCover is the way to go. ☝🏼👍🏼🫶🏼
This is the worst ever service with wifi. These ****** increase their premiums overnight and unannounced. I hade a horrific experience with them. I am writing this to warn all existing homeconnect clients to be vigilant or better yet cancel them asap. They demand the increased payand if not, like in my case these ****** has the audacity to hand you over as if you are a ********. So please be warned. Cancel with them IMMEDIATELY and get as far away as possible.
This is the worst network provider. Have unannounced price increases and handed me over to a debt collectors. I had a bitter experience with this service providers and would just want to warn others. I am unhappy withe they customer care service and IF only they can attend to their emails and calls as fast as they can drag you to collectors Please be careful with this provider.
Please be vigilant of these ******. I canceld their service and they disconnected my line. Guess what they demanded a months full payment knowing my line was canceled and disconnected. I now am in the process of pay of a debt department. These are the worst ******. Please be wary. Cancek your subscription and move...run far away from these blood sucking hounds. Don't ever sign up with them as you have more problems than connetion.
The worst experience ever. I bought should I believed to be a specific color and to my surprise it was a horrible off sickening color. Contacted them and this lericia person wasn't very helpful and insisted taht was the color I ordered, ever blame the phone lighting at some point. I didn't want t return it since I was charge for having it returned, so I eventually gave the ill colored product away. So please be warned about this online store. No good and have a horrible return policy. Just know you've been warned.
Absolute nightmare. I miserably regret my purchase with them. The delivery took forever to comeand on the day of delivery not even a otp received. The whole service is pathetic over-all. I would never recommend zando to anyone. Just stick to your normal in-store purchases. This zando is just one hot mess. Never ever again.
