I was approved for a loan last week and approved the debicheck and still it was not deposited into my account. I repeatedly attempted to call the contact centre and no one answers even when they do its answered and cut. I sent messages on there site and no one responds I even emailed. I can't be paying for something I don't have.
I'm still being debited every month when I cancelled insurance within a week after taking it out. Every time I call the contact Centre they give me another story. This is rediculous how hard is it to cancel something with yourll.
After being called to take out insurance on my cellphone contracts I agreed and failed to receive confirmation via sms with how to claim and t's and c's as promised. After failure to receive it for a few days as I couldn't pay for something without proof or a way to claim. I had sent through cancelation email and received no communication. I called back and was advised they need to wait for confirmation from finance. Really bad communication.
I have called customer care numerous times requesting paid up letters for cell c contracts and to no avail all they said it was the refered to another department and they will contact me which after following up at least a few times has not happened. I even tried going into a branch for assistance and they revered me back to the call centre. I mean how hard is it to get paid up letters? I even sent a email to a email address they provided me with DebtReviewsandAdmin@cellc.co.za and they didn't even respond. Honestly this is pathetic service.
