Please stay away from using The Unlimited medical insurance packages. They do not assist clients on their WhatsApp or landlines numbers, their call centre agents put down the phone when they cannot assist you and have lengthy procedures for claims.I have had endless problems for the past 3 weeks just to get a code for a dentist appointment so would hate to be in an emergency situation I would not recommend this company or their products to anyone and would suggest you use any other company but not them.
An update on my previous review on the above company. I ADVISE YOU NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY OR ONE OF THEIR CONTRACTORS. They have stolen our money that was paid for a repair of our washing machine and our machine does not work. After many attempts to rectify the situation with the customer care section of the company, who does not care at all about the bad service or non service we received and offered no assistance in rectifying their mistake to the blatant lies by the contractor INNOCENT , this is definitely a company not to be used by anyone.
Please watch out when using this company as we have used one of their team members called Innocent who came to service our washing machine yesterday morning and insisted that we pay him R2100.00 for the service before he left. We tried to use our machine after he left and it does not work. We have tried to contact him within an hour of him leaving our home and he has promised us for 2 days that he would come and fix it. We are still waiting for him to come and fix the machine and now he is ignoring our calls. Innocent and Kandua Team has stolen our money and not performed a service... WATCH OUT BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY
I have been a AA member for many years but have been disappointed on three occasions in the past 4 months with their pathetic service. They promise to be your assistance in times of need but they have left my daughter stranded twice on a busy highway at night for hours and hours with no security guards waiting with her as promised. You are left on hold for between 30 and 40 minutes on a number that is supposed to be an emergency number. Before posting this review I have called, e mailed and left a message on their website and not one of them have had the decency to apologize or resolve the situation. I strongly suggest you think twice before applying for membership with the AA
