Your service is an absolute joke. I’ve spent two days being ghosted on every channel—phone, email, and WhatsApp. I have been on hold for hours with zero resolution. I am trying to cancel my contract so I can get a new device, and your "radio silence" is now costing me time and money. CANCEL MY CONTRACT IMMEDIATELY. I’m done being ignored. Acknowledge this and give me a cancellation reference number NOW. #MTN #PoorService
I am beyond appalled by the utter incompetence displayed by VASCO Connect over the last 48 hours. I have spent over an hour on hold for two consecutive days with no response. My emails are being blatantly ignored, and your WhatsApp "support" is non-existent. This isn't just poor service—it is a total failure of your operational duties. I am demanding the immediate cancellation of my online contract. Your lack of feedback is now actively preventing me from applying for a new device. I expect written confirmation that this contract has been terminated by the end of business today. If I am ignored again, I will be escalating this matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman without further notice.
MTN decided to charge Google Subscriptions on my monthly MTN account. Once I logged a query and given them proof that I do not have any subscriptions on any of my MNT cell numbers. They simply just refuse to credit me the amount as well as resolve the query. But very quick to cut off the service of there's not a payment showing. Extremely bad customer service
I've decided to switch over from VOX to Afrihost as my home network ISP for fiber. What a *** decision. Ever since I've switched over all I've been experiencing is one problem after the othe. At first not getting the dedicated speed. Secondly to have no connectivity. Thirdly as to when it come to support just as pure as *** all. While busy with and ongoing investigation as to why I have no connectivity the whatsapp support agent advise you to change the PPPOE password and wait 30 mins. After the 30 mins you would think to resume the investigation but not no support at all after 17h30 in the evenings. But as to when it come to the month bill very greedy to take the cash, and if you dear to pay them just one day late they've already scheduled your lines termination. If you ask me I would rather go back to VOX and pay the little bit extra and get 24hours support as to with Afrihost you get *** all. PURE FIBRE SE GAT
Only a one star because 0 stars is not an option. A parts supplier that does not know how to identify what spares a device uses even though a Model Number, Serial Number, Image of the Service Tag, and the part number for the item requested were provided. It is companies like this that hold back the Right to Repair movement and I am certain that the incorrect parts would have been supplied anyway.
Meter Mate is really not help full. I have numerous times report your Units meter box to be faulty. Even before the meter box's warranty expired. This is an on going problem since 2019/02/18 and none support from the suppliers.
Sorry to say this but I'm not impressed at all with vox. As well as being a reseller of vox I guess we will be changing resellers now. I thought be upgrading my fibre line less issues. Instead eva since it's all I have been experiencing. I'll just have to take the further myself. So much for 40/20Mbps FTH line??? I had a 10/5Mbps FTH line that did not give me any problems at all. They never have a problem with billing and debiting that goes smoothly.
I have been sitting with a problem with Vodacom Fiber router. They supplied my klient with a Vodacom Fiber router for HOME. But yet my client runs a businesses from a office. I have asked numerous times for Vodacom support to supply my client with the right fiber router but yet they sees to amaze me by ignoring my REQ. Via email, whatsapp, calls. Which I find is really rude due to they do not lack of taking a Debit each month from my client.
So for the last three months now I have been struggling with my rain signal. I pay R479 every month for 10Mbps line and I do not even get 1Mbps when doing any kind of speedtest. There's no place on rain's ste to report this so. I'll be reporting it at all the places I can. Rqin your service is really up to ****.
