The worst experience, most appaulling treatment from the staff. Breakage fees which are exhorbant, takes a full month to be refunded back to you. They hit you with their policies and no human factor at all. Would never recommend this place to anybody. I am still traumatised
After several calls to the service provider in regards to the request of reasonable explanation of the sudden hike in subscription in a period of a month. Not one phone call from any manager as promised nor the issue being resolved. simple understanding of how does a premium package move from R900 to R1475 when there has not been any add-ons requested or adjusted. The different consultants are argumentative and unhelpful not that you would expect any less. The level of incompetency is astounding.The only reason that I have kept with this provider was purely for the sports access. After this episode of events, "Arrivederci"
The appalling service offered by Pick n pay is at it. Worse core. There is no communication nor apologies for poor service or means to rectify the issues. I would NEVER recommend this service to anybody. Other competitors are doing the most.
To be honest with you even 1 is way too generous for this review. I had made an application for sim only contract with Vodacom online. they accepted all my details including personal information such as banking details. this was all on the 15th Sept 2020. lead confirmation stated that I will be called within 24 hours to complete the application. till today there has never been a phone call. they left a contact number at the bottom which is (082 111). please go call that number - it does not exist. When I eventually tried every number possible to get through. they moving you from pillar to post and cut the call. it does not end there, a consultant by the name of Slindile whom apparently is the only Slindile in the whole of Vodacom company since she refused to provide further information relating to her superior who can answer my questions. She cut the call on me x3 times in the same day. Rude as ever, sighing on her calls when she speaks to you. No sense of customer services training at all if she was ever trained. Yet still no assistance nor proper explanation of my personal information taken online taken or perhaps sent to someone else. The level of service offered by this service provider is diabolic
When you thought it cannot get worse, you wake up and find out that you've been billed for up to R250.00 just because it is a new month. Let alone the outstanding refund that is still owed to you and not been processed. yet you are billed immediately upfront. now apparently it takes 7 to 14 working days to finalise. these scammers should be removed from the industry. no sense of business ethics
Extremely poor service, do not return your calls on time. In actual fact they should not even be competing with the other service providers. At least others attempt to assist where possible.
