Trying to do a payout for items sold for more than a week. The customer service over the phone is terrible and I've gone through the Verify ID verification almost 10 times. It's becoming a joke. Haven't changed my banking details or anything thing on my account. Bobshop used to be very efficient but quite the opposite these days.
Terrible slow service. Doesn't answer phones and is extremely slow.
Terrible repetitive music. Definitely not the "most music" as you keep on mentioning.
I took a package for 2gbs per month with a phone. Payments done on time. Anyways, a few days into the month I get a notification saying I am out of bundle. So I buy another 4gb data. A few days later the same thing happens again. So I buy another 4gb. The same day it says out of bundle again. Out of interest sake I went to my data usage for the month. Total data usage, only 1.63GB!!! Really upset with these people constantly stealing either your money or data. Just sick with telkom.
Wesbank has been phoning my head office where I work 20 times in the past week. This gives me a very bad name at work and I believe it's very unprofessional from them. When I send an email there is no reply, when I try to phone them there is no answer. I have made the payment for the installment yet they are still phoning my workplace. I'm definitely going to take this further and if it is possible to sue I will.
Terrible service. I financed an amount of R75,000 on my new car. When I sold the car they told me the settlement amount was R85,000 after I already paid for 3 months. According to law they cannot penalize someone for early settlement. Yet they penalized me with atleast R10,000. Really unhappy with the service and the stupidity of the staff. Will never use them again.
