We have been struggling with a Linda from the Alberton Branch regarding our church account. He has been *********** from day 1. Terrible is an understatement. If ever you visit the Absa branch and are assisted by Linda, you will be lucky if you get things done right the first time around. TERRIBLE! He has lost documents then claims we did not submit; our account was placed on hold, and he did not bother to come back to us and let us know why until we had to process a transaction. We have been trying to get it resolved however no one gets back to us, if someone does get back to us, it's being sent from pillar to post.
Unfortunate that The Kraal restaurant ruins the little reputation that is left. I overpaid the restaurant with just over 1k over 2 weeks ago. It’s been a back and forth of lies on when the money will be refunded. Tiza confirms every morning for the past week that accounts has paid and it should reflect by COB however this is untrue. It’s such a frustration dealing with this situation because you are met with the same nonsensical response! Pathetic!
Shout out to the staff at McDonald's Alberton, New Redruth. The service received is outstanding! You really know how to make one's day!
My experience with the institution as a first year student was horrible,specifically the service I received from the security guard on the 11th floor, he from my eyes was utterly rude in asking me questions which seemed like he was mocking me infront of other students especially after I mentioned that it is my first year. I did not expect to receive service like that as you are a private institution. My purpose of going to the 11th floor was after 3weeks of my registration I still have not been able to log into my student portal,where as other students that registered after me are able to log in and attend class, I have now missed an entire week of class due to not knowing my time table and I've raised this to different sectors in the school and they are giving me a run around. I would truly appreciate your response as well as ensuring that quality service by your staff will be looked into.

I have been waiting for Sizwe to revert back to me regarding my application. It's just over 3 weeks with numerous follow ups but still nothing. I called on the 1st of September and the consultant hung up as I was explaining that no response has been received and is it possible for her to check on the system if anything has been processed. It's giving me the most pathetic service.
