Bad communication
They withheld some important information about the car service history, making me pay for the the next two services while the car was still having service cover..... It missed it's previous services

Worst of a kind
I order a pair of sneakers from them, only for them to supply me with a wrong size, then when i wanted to exchange the goods they took almost three weeks to fetch the stuff..... that's the worst service i ever got from an online purchase.
