Good day i bought a new defy eye level oven, it had a chip of the coating missing on the inside i requested a exchange as i bought a new product even no oven pan on the inside, after a battel they agreed to exchange my unit but its been 2 weeks and no feedback today they call to arrange the technician lee said he will come and do it today waited all day for him saying he is on his way but not pitching up 5.00pm i phoned him he said he is still on his way stuck in trafic its now 6.30pm and still no show also now ignoring my phone calls and not answering me, so i would like to warn everyone please to never buy a defy product ever again their aftersales sucks i will personally never ever buy ore recommend a defy product again most useless people working there @defy you will soon destroy your own business if this is the way you treat customers!
After poor workmanship this people cut my lights wiring the re connected it to my fog lights leaving the main wires cut and my headlight not working and open wiring from the relay side, which made a short while driving home burning my wires, luckily nothing caught on fire, made the repairs my self as i am a qualified technician and could not drive without lights and it was weekend send them the total what it cost me plus my labor R1100 for the repairs its been a month later still no payment from them and now they want a second qoute of a electrician to see what he would have charged before they pay my money back, this is ridiculous when my veichle was being repaired i paid what i had to did not ask for a second qoute even though their prices where sky high, so i never even over charged is it so hard to pay what you owe? Would not recommend anyone taking their veichle to this place worst service ever!
I was in a veichle accident that was not even my fault, a veichle rolled into my vehicle, due to rollbar that is mounted on chassis leg minimal damage to veichle, but my vehicle had a heavy vibration afterwards they send it to a workshop for diagnosis saying its the deul mass flywheel that failed but not accident related normal wear and tear, sanlam assessor says it cant be due to accident as damage to veichle is minimal and even though veichle has high mileage hes telling me thats also a master technician that when last dit i serviced the item ore was it last checked.? Really where do you get these guys? Serviceable item where do you get a cluch ore flywheel as a Serviceable item you only going to inspect ore work on it if there is a problem even if the veichle has 700,000km on your not going to to just decide o let me service my cluch if there is no indication of a problem on your cluch not to mension the deulmass flywheel and also saying that it could have gave in before the accident really? They should go and do their homework as they only look at a photo and saying things is not possible, i gave them a detailed explanation as to what could have happend! Santam used to be looking for ways to help and pay out a client, but these days they are rather looking for ways not to pay, agin im also in the motor trade and a master technician so dont come with your its not possible if you can not prove it! Very disappointed and he promises to phone back but never does, and so my veichle is still standing at the panelbeaters
Good day we bought a sealy poloma bed from bradlows online on the first nigth sleep you could already feel the bed sagging in the bed is now only 2 weeks old and feels like its 12years old tried making contact with bradlows on who to contact got a response 2 weeks and 3 days later that they will log a complaint, now its got deep holes on either sides of the bed with a big bubble in the middle i also see similar complaints ons here so there is definitely factory issues with this beds, as i have never bought a new bed and with that said thia is even a firm bed wich should not start sagging in on the first nights sleep previous bed only started with body impressions after about 2 years, if you are looking to buy a sealy poloma bed stay clear bad quality sealy was always i product you could rely on but i think these days they just riding on their name and no more good quality products like the good old days not a happy client my number if you want to make contact sealy 0813995329 i also send sealy a email a week ago still waiting on a reply from them
Hey my name is Christopher i have been struggling with mtn since February, i upgraded my contract last year jully 2019 contract cost R487.44 pm on contract numbers 0730002061 and 0733995329 and as of February 2020 they started charging me R732pm i tried speaking to consultants whent in store and no one os able to resolve this problem and re fund me my money thats been debited more than the contract amount, telling me there is a bf service promo fee added to the account and they dont know why, that means mtn has robed me of R1711 so far i have spoken to Mtn consultants so many times with no luck getting this issue resolved! This is by far the worst service yet that ive received and it clearly doesnt mater to them getting back to me to resolve this they just keep on deducting more than what they should, money i work hard for they stealing from me! I need this resolved ore i will stop this debit order and you can go look for your money els where please contact me on 0813995329 to resolve this issue asap!
