My wife was disrespected by a manager of Clicks Phola Mall, she sent someone to go collect pampers which she bought yesterday and forgot them at Clicks, the lady had a till slip but the manager refused to give her the pampers, He ended uttering ****** and tribalistic words ( where He said Ndebele's are stubborn) I want Clicks to deal with bully and we want refund for the money used for transport.
I had a chat with Natasha from Optivest, and she was so professional, she did everything to assist me with all the issues I had, I am really impressed with her service I recommend you use optivest as your medical aid broker they are excellent, I give them a thumbs up on their good service.
I have been calling this company to get a paid up letter which my wife had with Edgars, I paid them on the 20th of December 2024, to date I can't get a paid up letter, they keep on on saying they will email it to me, I am still waiting until today, they are so uproffessional, they keep on telling me I must call when my wife is with me, I did that, but still no paid up letter, the lady I spoke to yesterday said the letter will be on my inbox within an hours time, I checked my inbox this morning there's nothing, I am so ****ed with this nimble group.
Since December the 6th I have been talking to Herotel, to date my fibre is not live, I just told them to come and remove their **** in my house, Herotel you suck big time
I cancelled a contract some months back after I realised I was lied to, a guy from Vodacom called me and apologized, after I wrote to hello Peter, but right after that I got calls daily claiming am still owing Vodacom, now there's a final letter of demand lawyers representing Vodacom. I am being abused by this Vodacom agents .
I wrote to hellopetter last week complaining about vodacom, that they suspended my phone, I was only receiving incoming calls, since this morning I couldn't receive any incoming calls I guess they closed them also, after I wrote a review it was said they will call me back shortly, but until now they didn't call me back, instead it went from bad to worse, I am on quarantine am with someone who tested positive for covid, my phone is suspended by vodacom because I need to pay R1000, which we initially agreed that i will pay it month end of September, but since after that they turned from our initial agreement and said i must pay it now, i think they are arrogant and not carring, i am fed up with the attitude of the vodacom consultants
My phone was suspended, we agreed that I must pay 2000 and then after 48 hours they will unlock my phone then I will pay the remaining amount at the end of September, but I had a very strong conversation with the consultant they decided not to unlock my phone, they said I must first pay all the money am owing to them, now I cant make any outgoing calls, that's the worst service I have ever received from vodacom, they are so arrogant I cant wait for my contract to expire with them, i will never ever take a vodacom contract never!!!!
