Very, very disgruntled with the Vodacom contracts department. How can someone upgrade a contract without proper ID verification? They only ask basic identification information (ID, email address, debit order date etc.). Why don't you add an additional security measure like an OTP while on the call with a client? Now someone from Cape Town has upgraded my contract without my knowledge, and I have to pay for something I do not have or own? This is really disappointing and frustrating.

Do you guys even have a Cancellation department or you just playing hide and seek. I have been trying to call this department for days and days. This is really frustrating. My contract ended on 14 May 2021 but to this day I'm not able to cancel the airtime debits

Platinum Place: Worst place to be at especially on weekends. Bunch of drunkards roaming around corridors making noise every day of the weekend.. during the week it’s kids making noise. It’s like there’s a day shift and night shift. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone especially if you are a student who has to study. Adults are behaving like kids.
