On the 13th of May 2021 I was phoned by a MTN salesman about upgrading. I told him I was happy to not upgrade. He talked me into upgrading and promised it will only cost R196 more than my present contract although it will be over three years. He also said he will email me the contract. He said the package included a second phone which I did not need. But he insisted it was free. My first bill came and I am paying R500 more. That is fraud. MTN insist I phone a number which is not being answered.
Stay away from this place. They sold me a laptop in August, which was faulty, replaced it after weeks of complaints to them in October. Now I needed keys for the Microsoft Windows and Office that were already installed. They totally ignore emails and whatsapp messages. They do not take calls.
I have taken a color Lazer printer that is under guarantee for repairs on the 21st of January and I still do not have it back. I urgently need it for mu business. It was handed in for repairs at Incredible Connection, Midlands Mall, Pietermaritzburg
I bought a laptop from The Laptop Shop. They used Postnet as the couriers and it arrived not very well packed. Loose , but bubblewrapped in a a biggish box which looked as if is was handled roughly. First the charger they sent with was not correct. I contacted The Laptop Shop and they apologized and couriered the correct charger. After I received the charger, I discovered the laptop did not charge. By this stage I wanted my money back. The Laptop Shop told me to return the faulty laptop, which may well have been damaged in transit. They paid for the courier cost and sent me another similar laptop which was in excellent condition. Yes it took a long time to finally get a functioning laptop, but The Laptop Shop responded immediately on all my calls , even out of business hours and they sorted the problems. I think their prices are very good. One can go and buy a new laptop, but it will cost you double the price they charge. They can improve by packing the laptops themselves properly and not leave it to Postnet to do and make sure they send the correct chargers with the laptops, But I will buy my next one from them again. Thank you Tanaka for responding immediately and courteously to all my calls.

A total nightmare experience of inefficiency. I had to open a business and a trust account with Fnb which after numerous phone calls and not being able to get through to the Bank. I managed to find someone who picked up the phone and we opened the accounts. When the documents arrived the spelling of my business name was wrong as well as my email address. This all happened on the 27th of August. I have been trying since to get them to correct the spelling of my business name. They only had to take out one letter, but I can see now they are not going to do it. I have been phoning, emailing and I have reference numbers as long as the alphabet. I need advice. Do I close the accounts and reopen them correctly or do I go to another Bank? I feel desperate. I will not be allowed to trade without a Trust Account. They keep on emailing me rating emails in which I rate their service 1( being the worst) and when they ask if I will recommend them to anybody, I say never, but it makes zero difference.
I bought a printer on line from Incredible Connection. They communicated regularly by email on progress of my order and I got it within three days. It was packed very well and I received it in good condition.
