The support service from Rain is disgusting..I received a 5g Router and sin card from them on the 14 April 2023,,,,SIM card was activated and picks up signal,,,BUT I can not connect to the router on the WiFi networks....no one at Rain can assist or call me back ,,,on the Rain app it says DEVICE OFFLINE,,,I have informed them and asked why ,,,NO RESPONSE ,,,you call the call centre ,you get cut off ,no one calls back ,,,Then I'm told it's a global call centre,,,,The assistance I received from 2 India agents was superb ,but unfortunately,they too have to rely on the *********** South African staff to call me back with assistance ,NO LUCK on receiving that,,but it does show the vast difference on customer service ,,I have paid in advance for a service that I am not receiving .....
My aunt's, who are pensioners had a terrible experience with Eldo coaches yesterday'.TheirJourney from Pmb to JHB took almost 14 hours .They arrived at the pick up point at 9h00,Bus was supposed to arrive at 9h35 as per ticket.The bus arrived late at the pick up point at around 11h00 .This is a normal occurrence, however we previously overlooked it.Once they arrived at Park station ,the bus was delayed for about an hour and then re-routed to Pretoria and then , eventually to Lenasia. Please,my concern is for the Elderly passengers wellbeing .as well as their transport situation from the station at night to their respective homes. We have used Eldo Coaches constantly in the past,as we travel to Lenasia regularly,but have noticed that their service has deteriorated considerably in the last few years..
No internet for 3 days ..no response from these people ,yet we cannot cancel ,we still have to pay for no service ...they say it's ZOOM FIBRE..and Zoom says it's Network..and we have nothing...
Pathetic company...we in the Northdale area ,Madurai Rd,,and have had no internet connection for 3 days and no one seems able to help .Now they say it's a network problem..with Home Connect ...I haven't seen any techs come out,,,we still have to pay for this kind of service at month end
Hello My sister's husband passed away in July,and he had 2 policies with the unlimited.We contacted them in August and they subsequently sent us the Claim forms,which we duly filled in and sent back to them .When we followed up with them they asked us to WhatsApp all the Docs to them,which we did.No further Response from them so we call back,they now say that they need husband's Hospital file..We get his file from State Hospital and mail all to them about 40 pages ...No further response ,so we call back, now they say Doctor does not stipulate cause of Death...On the Docs from the Funeral Parlour,the medical practitioner and the Death certificate,all state that Reginald died of Natural Causes..We CALL BACK,,,please note everytime we call ,we speak to a different consultant,they refuse to call back,so we are using our Airtime,always being put on hold or getting cut off,,We ask to speak to Manager,who is conveniently in a meeting ,everytime..On the 5th October ,we eventually speak to Kristi Stollf,who advises us to send all Doc's to her email....so we do that...Later in the day,we receive an email letter asking for Hospital files and Clinic Card...and if we don't send these, within 15 days,then claim will not be processed..but they don't follow up ,so we never know if they are receiving doc's..We send hospital files again and Clinic card to them and ask for them to acknowledge receipt...NO RESPONSE...Today we call back and ask to speak to Kristi ,GUess What...she is in a MEETING...so we leave number and request her to call back ....NO RESPONSE... So I believe this company will find all reasons not to honour any of their claims....They have consultants that hound you to take out their policies...but they do not have consultants to call you ,when processing a claim....this company seems to be a FRAUD...
I was recommended to this company and connected in February...since then I have constantly been having connectivity problems..I have now requested to cancel within 3 months and I am told that I need to pay R2998.00 for cancellation..I was told this is a month to month contract..
This company is a scam..i have been experiencing problems with signal and connectivity since I have had them installed. Their Rep .a gentleman by the name of Rafique,promised me that the package I chose was ample for my needs.i have since upgraded 3 times in the hope of achieving better connection..i called their tech Lee.and asked if maybe they should change the tower since Woodlands (tower location)was closer to me..He advised against that..In March I reported again that I am experiencing problems..they promised to send a tech out to me ...no one came..The lockdown happened soon after...This month they changed their communication line to Telegram....i contacted them again.They tell me that my dish is off alignment, They will need to send a tech out to me ...This was on the 7 September.. till today I have not heard from any Tech..i am paying rental for their dish...i need them to come remove their stuff...
