I ordered a Grande chicken salad, terrible, salad looks so untidily packed and no salad dressing.. this is not what I expect from Nandos as I am regular client.
I have had FNB for 18 Years and has never experienced the service I receive from Nedbank, I have a private card with FNB and has never experience the service I receive from my private Banker at Nedbank from any other banks. Jayseelan Moodley, hats off to you for the remarkable service provided to myself and my husband. You are a private banker that everyone needs, a banker that goes the extra mile to assist his clients We are so grateful that we are now with Nedbank both personal and business. You want service call Jayseelan Moodley at Nedbank. World Class Service. Keep it up! Other banks should be following the same as Nedbank Well Done !
I have completed an online loan application however it came back unsuccessful as I was not able to explain my different businesses. So I sent an email as well contacted Absa sharing with one of the consultants what transpired with my online application. She then gave me an email address to send an email explaining the same. Since last week I have not had any one from Absa call to offer assistance to grant me my home loan. I also have long standing history with Absa - vehicles bought as well my credit card is with Absa for years. Excellent History! Is this the kind of service that a loyal customer of Absa receives? No assistance at all!
DISAPPOINTED - HORRIFIC SERVICE My husband and I went to Cellini at Sandton City on the 13 March spoke to the salesmen named Charles. I had purchased my laptop bag from the store however the handle broker, Charles advised the bag is in good condition and he will change it for the exact same bag, I asked if I could take another bag and pay in the difference which he advised that i could but he would need proof of payment of which I was emailed the same afternoon. email was sent through and NO RESPONSE ON EMAIL until now. My husband and I had been trying to get hold MIKE DA SILVA since this morning - no feedback we have been told he is busy in meetings and that we must wait. I have to travel tomorrow and left with NO LAPTOP BAG. Spoke to the lady at the store named Patricia who is totally rude and speaks over me whilst speaking. NO RESPECT FOR CLIENTS I have been purchasing my bags from this store since 2019 and it turns out the service is pathetic when you have a problem with their product of which is not fault of mine, but when they need to make a sale they are so friendly and pretentious. IS THIS WHAT YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. its now 17:15 WITH NO RESPONSE FROM MIKE DA SILVA WHO IS THE MANAGER and based at CELLINI HEAD OFFICE. PATHETIC SERVICE.
I just want to say thank you to Juanita and her team for trying their best in assisting with retrieving my monies from JHB Movers - this has been going on since August, I am not their client, but the experience with Juanita is exceptionally amazing. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE REIMBUR*****T FOR THE DAMAGED FRIDGE DOORS. WE WERE PROMISED A MONTH AGO, TO THIS DATE WE HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING NOT EVEN A CALL. JOHN ROE BROKERS HAS BEEN FOLLOWING UP WITH THEM ON MY BEHALF BUT STILL NO RESPONSE...... I HAVE NO WORDS
PATHETIC SERVICE !!!!!!! We were ask to pay our invoice upfront which included a R1000 insurance for the goods that needed to be moved. The guys that came out damaged my fridge worth R20000.00. we lodged a complaint with JHB Movers and now they come back to say claim has been declined by Joe Roe Brokers who he goods was in insured with. Not once did they tell us about a technician that need to remove the fridge doors or they have a special wrapping team yet we were specific on our email to them from inception. Shaw Beeby sends me an emailed to say he is not willing to assist us he would rather hand it over to the attorneys. all proof was provided to him with requirements to his offices. He is not willing to assist in having this resolved. He want to take my fridge for two weeks and leave me and my family without a fridge only to send it to a none accredited company to have the doors repaired after charging me R1000 to insure the goods - this was a All Risk Insurance - total replacement R100 000. My fridge is new and recently purchase it. Not only damaged my fridge but washing machine too.
