Absolutely ******* service, or lack of should I say. I get constant messages about personal loans and I finally apply for a small loan. It been 10 days since my application and I have submitted all the documentation and nobody has bothered to reach out, not even once. I am glad it was not a emergency loan. Then, I reach out to customer service via the banking app and ask why my bank statements do not reflect my full address. It only shows my suburb even though my address is correct on the banking app and on internet banking. I get told that I need to go to a branch to update my address. Even though my address does not need updating. its the correct address on the app. Its only the statement that does now show the full address. Why does it require a trip to the branch for something that is clearly an error on the bank's back end. Please improve your level of service. Its terrible!
After years of receiving SMS's stating that I qualified for high amounts of finance. I finally app**** for finance at 1/5th of what I supposedly qualify for. 7 days later and no word back. No reply to emails nothing. Terrible service with turnaround times no fit for this day and age!
By far the worst experience ever. Not sure if we have been ****med but at the point of where I think I need to involve the police. We were promised 4 - 7 days from Johannesburg to Cape Town. Its now day 12 and they dont even communicate. Nobody answers their phones and the so called manager has blocked me. Stay away if you want peace of mind.
Naked Insurance client caused an accident on the 4 December. He had full third party cover. I have submitted everything and 3 months later I am no where close to getting what is owed to me. This scam company has been giving me the run around for months. Worst customer service ever, I have to be the one chasing them even though they are at fault for delays after delays. A tip to the customer service department, if you can not keep to your timelines and promises, have the decency to reach out to the people instead of having your customers chasing you. They are very vague with their answers, its been 3 months of fighting with them and they still cant answer a simple question as to when I can expect my rightful payout. Its always an excuse after an excuse even though i was promised a turn around of 30 days, its now 90 days! I strongly suggest staying away from these scammers and rather deal with more serious companies.
I currently have a court case against Luno, I have contacted support in order for them to provide me with the physical address in Cape Town in order for the court sheriff to deliver the subpoena as required by law. But seems Luno is ignoring South African law. Luno is to appear at the Germiston Magistrate Court on the 27 October at 17:30h. Please see to it that this reaches the legal and compliance team via an urgent Zendesk note.. Please note that this post will be used as evidence in the court too.
Ordered 7 days ago and 3 emails to them with no reply. Am forced to go to the bank and report this company to the fraud department of Standard Bank and request a charge back. Serious lack of communication from them. Will never buy here again. Wish I had never come across their site.
1 weeks after my line cut and submitting a ticket, still no support. I work from home and 1 week with no internet is no good. I have to keep running after them. Nobody helps. If you work from home, you are better off with a smaller company that will attend to you faster
Without any explanation, they have locked my account with my life savings. They have requested multiple documents which I have provided and then they stop responding 7 days ago. No updates, nothing. I have asked whether I have done something wrong, no reply. Seems there are many people that the same has happened to them till the point they have given up. Dear Luno team, I demand you return back my funds that I have worked very hard for. This is just unacceptable
My account was placed on hold 7 days ago. Till now, nobody has called me to explain what is happening, my life savings are frozen and this is causing me a lot of stress. I have received an email with no concrete explanation from a lady who appears to be very dis-interested and does not reply any emails nor does she answer any calls. Being treated like a criminal by a bank I have banked with since being a child. How do you justify freezing an account without an explanation?
Had my account for less than 3 weeks. Ive deposited several times, received 4 deposits today alone and then all of a sudden i log on to my app and it shows zero balance. Thank God I didnt get caught out while purchasing. Please tell me what something. This is unprofessional. There is no outgoing transactions after the deposit were made.
