Hello DSTV, I've been calling your customer care line, wanting to change my package, with no luck from the consultants. Every time a call is logged it seems to disappear before it is resolved. Is there a reason why I keep getting an error message on app? I need this sorted out
I would like to express my Gratitude to one of your consultants by the name of Sandile Mathonsi. He assisted me with my query in under 30 minutes. He was patient in listening to my frustration and knew how to escalate the technical issue I had with the IT department. I can now view all my channels. I hope Sandile will continue to help other frustrated customers like me and slowly overturn the bad name DSTV has.
Hello DSTV (Multichoice) I have been waiting for an agent or some form of feedback from when I last sent a review. If you cannot offer proper products or customer service then please refund me my money. You have proven to be taking your customers for a ride.
Wow...where do I even begin?! I recently signed up for the DSTV streaming services. I was able to activate the streaming package but not all the channels are showing. So I tried WhatsApp - which annoyed me because it doesn't give you all the options. Then I tried the self service route which annoyed me even further - so useless. I called the Call center more that 5 times regarding my missing channels - but none of the Agents could assist me because I signed up for a streaming service and therefore their "bot" is the only thing that can assist me. Even the Team leaders have not made an effort to assist me even after leaving messages for them to call me back. If this is how you treat customers, then you are a sinking ship!!!!! So, I'm wondering...how do you offer a streaming service to customers without Technical support ?????? Even Discovery Bank - a virtual bank has technical support should a client have an issue with the service. I am very disappointed to say the least. You don't even deserve the 1 star I gave you.
The service I received at Fury Fourways was distasteful. Shadrack Mokopane - the consultant working at The Service/Genuine parts department had no customer service what so-ever. How do you sell "genuine parts" with no proper packaging? And what guarantee do I have that the part (oil drain plug) is not damaged or removed from another vehicle and sold to me? When I requested packaging from the consultant, he continued to give me attitude and gave me some plastic with the label "Bolt kit propshaft". This is the second incident with this dealership.
