I'm so disappointed in debt busters before them I did a other debt counselor but the previous one were too expensive for me so I saw them and decided to join them because they were more cheaper so I join they said my installment will be R3500 each month so after 3 months they phone and said that my installment will be R500 more Because my car finance didn't agreed on the previous installment which I agreed on so it is now 5 months I'm with them but my car finance now threatening me with legal action because they not paying the full installment to them and it is now in arrears I send them email asked to phone me back they just said they will short it out but nothing

So disappointing 😞
So I trade in my Renault kwid in which I bought at a previous dealership so there was nothing wrong with the car so I decided to trade it in at Bna parow so they help me quickly with the trade in so I am a first time buyer so the sales rep assist me with everything say the car is service manager tell me we going to walk with me the road regarding the car so after 6 months the warranty falls away so I have decided to take out my own warranty cuz something happened with my clutch so I did do that and when it come to the claim process they asked me the service book the mileage for the previous service and the current kilometers on the car so then I noticed that the current kilometers and the previous service histories are not corresponding the previous service kilometers is far more then the current kilometers so I went in to the branch they tell me they will investigate so I was waiting since for ever than finally they come back to me asking if they can do a application to see if I may qualify for a other car so that I can bring that one in but unfortunately I have join debt review so the application will not be successful so they tell me they can't assist with that now I pay alot of money for a car I don't know the real kilometers and the communication is very poor I could've stay at my previous dealership

Christmas spoil so early 🙄 😒
So I received a quote for my car at cartime service Bellville which were very affordable so something happens to clutch before I took it in for service so I ask them to check it as well so I asked someone to take my car there because it could not drive at all so I took it in so when I come there they said is X amount for major service and to do the clutch just for strip and quote was already more then the major service I was so embarrassed for the price they did charge me just to strip and quote it was twice the price for major service and I mean I am the only one working in my household and have a family to feed I was so excited because the major service price was In my budget but I wanted to fix my clutch as well but yor now my hole December budget is spoil cuz I didn't expect that I did really think they could fix my car so I paid the R3500 but nothing is fix I'm still where I were before so disappointed and I did paid the guy that took me there and paid him to go fetch my car again there

I just want to take this opportunity to Thank BNA Goodwood for the excellent service they provided me with I was driving a Renault kwid but it was to slow for me and also small so I were looking for something big so I app**** at servile dealerships but declined so I contacted the sales lady at BNA Goodwood with the name adelaide maroka so she was very quick and short me out with something faster and bigger I've the car now almost a month now nothing problems at all very friendly staff also working there keep up the good work

Very good customer service
I want to take this opportunity to thank God for people like Raymond Wolstenholme motors in Goodwood yor I've been struggling since last year at servel car dealers and always decline but then I meet this gentleman Mr Vincent Wakefield at Raymond Wolstenholme and really I can say he tried everything in his power so I can have my wheels and the team also and today I can say that now I have my own car first car in my life but they Make it happens thank you very much for the good services guys may God bless your business more and more 🙏🙌# Forever grateful My father would've been so proud of me wish he was here today that he could've share this special opportunity with me.Thank you very much Raymond Wolstenholme motors
