i spend 6 hours at Bosch today, they dnt do verification and if they claim they do why they cancelled my policy and claim i sent them an email i tried to make the understand but they kept on saying i cancelled it, Craig and Nark i believe the company belongs to their mother the way they are so rude and arrogant, not willing to help and guess what they found out they used my details on Mr khumalo who divided to cancel his policy with them after waiting for 2 hours, the matter is with my lawyers they must explain how did that happen.
i mistakenly pressed panic button on my app while i was trying to sent a claim, only to get armed response at my location within seconds . King you are the best even though i wasn’t in danger it was just a mistake.
on your teams and conditions you stated that after doing wellness screening a reward voucher will be sent in 3-5 workings days but i didn’t receive my voucher and i called your call centre which kept me on the line for 20 minutes without being helpful. i was told the reward is send after 7 working days but on your website it’s a different story. @ChickenLickenSA today I went to ormonde Chicken Licken and bought a meal for me and my wife. My son does not like Chicken Licken meals so I decided to buy him sly of pizza at @My_SPAR and as soon as I was about to fetch our order I was told that my son who is 2 years can not eat inside the restaurant as the meal was not bought there I mean how can I enforce my son to eat something he doesn’t like just because his parents enjoys it. The manager is so arrogant to even say even if you buy a meal for R26000 you can’t eat there with your son.Your policies sucks for real
