I had cancelled my landline about a year ago via the Telkom website. You do not see the option but you have register an account and then login to cancel. It showed that the cancellation was successful. However now after so long they do not communicate with me to let me know that there is a settlement for the cancellation but they take me straight to the debt collectors and credit bureau. I have since paid the amount which I am not sure is even correct. This is bulling of consumers and should not be allowed.
I do enjoy your food from the Morningside branch. However, I went to get food (strips and chips x 3) this last weekend at the Glenwood branch and the chicken had no flavour and upset my stomach where the chips were oily and quite squashed. The chips looked like they had been reheated in oil serveral times which is quite toxic. This is not good for your company reputation and is a health risk.
Cell C is preventing people from exiting contract by blocking the opportunity to exiting the contract. I want to move to pay as you go but they do not cancel the contract. I tried to cancel the contract but that did not happen. They then debit you and you have to pay again and they then continuously debit your account. If you do not pay then they can easily send your details to the credit bureau, this is not fair. You phone the call center to cancel, they take your detail and they transfer you and you have top provide the detail again.
