Mopani doesn't need a motto, because they're actually busy doing what other pharmacies brag about in their's. Excellent personal service with professional and friendly staff. I have yet to speak to an unfriendly staff member at Mopani Online - and they really go the extra mile. The order they sent me really felt like a lucky packet with all the suprises they added to it. What also amazed me is how quick they and their nation-wide courier is!
What a nightmare. I ordered my items from OfficeGear.co.za on the 23rd of November 2022. After a week I became suspicious as there was no further progress to my order. For an entire week I tried contacting them via phone and e-mail - never once did they answer ANY of their phones or any of my e-mails. Because of this lack of communication I was forced to contact PayFast and try to report them as a fraudulent seller, which fortunately led to one of Office Gear's reps to contact me. I eventually received my order on the 7th of December 2022 and furtunately in good order. Their products are good and reasonably priced, but it's a massive headache to deal with these people. I went through two weeks of thinking I had been robbed.

I placed an order on the 3rd of May 2022. The promised dispatch time was the 22nd of June 2022. It is now the 12th of July. After confronting them via e-mail also just got an automated response and have received no further information from this seemingly fraudulent company. Their telephone line is unavailable due to CoViD restrictions of which there are none left. I'm very glad that some people are taking legal action.
This review only pertains to the ONLINE store. These people are really dishonest. I ordered a sekelbos perch for my pet bird and they shipped (totally different) hazardous sand perches to me, without any communication. When I went onto their site to review and warn others, they simply deleted the review.
I can appreciate that Nedbank is trying to overhaul their banking website, but I can't understand why they're going from good to bad. What is it with all these glitches! It really looks like amatuer programmers are working on a platform that has to keep money safe. The feedback is horrible - sometimes just a red sentence that pops up from nowhere. Make an investment and they tell you it matures tomorrow. Then there's the fact that their "dumbing-down" the capbilities of their online portal. What I once could do on the old internet banking, now I can't, because this new version has half the features of the old one. This is unacceptable. I can't believe this is what Nedbank calls progress...
