I bought a Haden Dorset microwave from @home and it started rusting inside and it’s not even two years since I had it.I then took it back to @home pavilion and they told me it’s me that was careless…how is that possible I mean it’s still under warranty why is it rusting while it’s still new?
I bought a Haden Dorset microwave but it started rusting and not heating up food evenly…took it back to the store and they’re telling me it’s negligence.
I noticed on my salary advice that an amount of R199 is being debited by workers life and I contacted them as I did not have any policy with workers life.I spoke to one of their consultants on the 24 November 2025,she adviced me to write a letter of cancellation and refund,I did that and sent it to them as she also confirmed I don’t have a policy with them and doesn’t understand how it happened.I call them almost everyday but no solution as this is *****.I don’t know where to get answers now and how to stop this debit order and get my money back from Workers life.
I was looking to buy a bed at Sleepmasters bluff towers on the 16 November 2023 so I made a lay-by and paid R500.The person that was assisting me kept on calling me as if I owed them money until I decided to go cancel the lay-by on 27 November 2023.The lady who was assisting me was very rude to a point where she said she won’t process my cancellation of the lay-by.The service I experienced is bad bad bad from sleepmasters
Booked this place for 10 days what a horrible place.The linen is dirty,rooms are like a prison cell couldn’t sleep in that place.We went to complain and asked for a refund the owner refused to give our money back.That place is a brothel and the people were high on drugs Don’t book that place.
My parcel got missing in the hands of an agent from Aramex SA, it was from Cape Town to Ladysmith via drop box in Pick n Pay in June however my parcel never reached its destination and when I followed up and tried to track it; it showed that it had arrived in Durban Depot. I then took it upon myself to find out what had happened and I was advised by their consultant that I should send pictures of the contents then it was declared missing after they had received the pictures. I called Aramex SA Johannesburg and I was told that Cape Town Aramex must deal with my claim. I’ve been calling Cape Town and spoke to a consultant by the name of Lee, she said I must send them a quotation and a claim form. I did as I was advised but she’s been giving me the run around and she’s not returning my calls like she always promises to when I call her. It’s been 3 months since my parcel went missing and I was told that I should get compensated but to no avail due to the fact I’m being told that the drop box at Aramex SA doesn’t have insurance which I wasn’t briefed about by Pick n Pay prior to using their service.
