I honestly don't know how you are doing business!! Your accounting department doesnt now how to bill properly!! This whole year I had to query my account and you are still charging me DOUBLE the amount of data I use!! Empty promises of escalating or are you guys just that ***********!! I have even told you on a previous review that my Oct bill was doubled and you just ignored it! How useless can you be!!
I have NEVER used a provider that is as *********** as you! Everytime the amount of data I use, gets doubled when I have to pay a premium! This has been happening this whole year, countless "escalations" have been raised and this problem is still not sorted! How hard is it to check that you take the correct premiums! You are *****ing peoples money! I wish there was a negative rating because you would get -100! I want my wrongfully taken premium back!
This is the 3 time this year that you are charging me double of what was actually used!! And its the second month in a row! How can your accounts department be so ***********! PLEASE PEOPLE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS! If you do this to me how many others that don't check their accounts are getting their money ******?? You guys shouldn't be dealing with financial transactions!! If there was a 0 star I would give it to you!
Not getting any feedback regarding my usage since last week.. You are forcing me to always check my data as you are not being trustworthy and I cannot rely on you being an honest provider.
I have never experienced such incompetence.. I have the Rain simcard en pay per 1gb I use. Got the bill for Feb and I was billed for 4gb use but on the 28th of Feb when I had a look at my account I only used about 1 and a half gb. Please show me where the hell I used up the 4gb!!! Your customer support is useless, getting blank emails with only reference numbers and no one has gotten in touch with me yet...! If someone can please sort this out asap!
PATHETIC! If I could give a no star review I would... I have been a MetroFibre/Vodacom client for more than a year now and now that I moved to a new location the service is just pathetic! My calls keep getting cut off even after the 6th time calling... No one can assist me to tell me why my line is blocked or even just send someone out to come and have a look... Honestly do your jobs! Really disappointing as I have been so happy with you but not any more!
Just want to give a HUGE shout-out to Martin Phillips! We really struggled with our relocation and then it came to him assisting us and getting our wifi connected he never once said he would phone us back and stayed on the line with us until it was sorted. I really hope this review gets back to his manager and to himself. You should really be grateful for having someone like him in your company. YOU WERE REALLY A GREAT HELP!
Either Vodacom is slacking or your staff is incompetent... No one gets back to me even though promises are made to phone back! I have heard great things about MetroFibre but I now see that THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!! We are waiting for an installation to be done! Please get back to us on this!!!!
I cannot believe the level of service that we are getting and how incompetent the staff are... I logged a relocation request on the 17th of July. More than a month later I have already moved and every call to you has ended in "we will call you back" and we never hear anything! We want fibre with MetroFibre through Vodacom and we keep hearing that requests were logged with MetroFibre but no one is getting back to us and this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Get off your asses and do your damn jobs!
Staff keep calling me regarding "my" cartrack account being handed over... I HAVE NEVER EVEN CONTACTED CARTRACK OR HAD A TRACKER IN MY CAR!!! Your company is harassing me constantly!!! Latest call came from Lindiwe...
