Cell C Team, I am extremely disappointed with the poor level of assistance I’ve received. This is now the 6th time I’ve tried to get help via cellphone and email without success. All I wanted to know was whether my debit order would go off or not, and whether I should rather make an EFT payment yet no one could provide me with a clear answer. Because of this, I have now paid manually, but I find it unacceptable that a company I’ve been loyal to since 2016 could not assist with such simple questions. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience has been very frustrating and disappointing.
We've been regulars at this restaurant for almost three years, visiting every week and always ordering the same dishes. However, our most recent experience was disappointing. The waiter asked if we'd made a reservation, and when we said no, he imp**** we couldn't be seated. This was a surprise, as we'd never been asked about reservations before. When he later offered to find space for us, it seemed like an afterthought. Given our loyalty, I was expecting better service. As a result, we won't be returning.👍
Very disappointed.. My mom sent her application through on Friday and yet still no one came back to her😢she really needed this... We have been messaging 2 different people and sent emails with all her things. The service is not good

This is the first time I have claimed. Been with zest life for more than a year now. In December i had a big issue. Went to the dentist put my claim through on the 30th of dec 2024 and today on the 8th of Jan 2025 they paid me my claim. Thank you Zest life... I told myself if Zest dont help me I will cancel my Cover but yet you guys did i am so thankful.
I do not agree with the bad reviews. All my experiences with Pedros @ centurion Lifestyle has been great. The staff is so nice and always smiling when you enter. I prefer Pedros over any other place. Staff is working hard. They are super nice. The food is great. I always like my chips and wraps crispy and they always do that for me. I buy pedros every week. Happy customer.
Disappointment with Capitec's Customer Service Dear Capitec Management, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I have received as a long-time customer. I have been with Capitec since completing my education, and I had hoped for a stronger commitment to customer care. Recently, a ****mer reported a transaction of R270 on my account, resulting in the freezing of my account. This has severely impacted my ability to access my funds, which I need for essential expenses such as rent. Despite visiting both the police station and my local branch, I have received no assistance in resolving this matter. I find it alarming that my account has been frozen based on a report from a ****mer, while I am left without access to my hard-earned money. This situation does not warrant such drastic measures, and I believe it is reasonable to expect a timely resolution. I urge you to review my bank statements and reconsider the actions taken against my account. The lack of communication and support throughout this process has further compounded my frustration. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to consider moving my banking to another institution, as I feel that my needs as a customer are not being prioritized.
