I have returned the item on 26 September, and to date it was not accredited on my account. I was into the store to do a follow up but was advised it would take 3 days to process as it was an online purchase. It has been more than 3 working days and my return has not yet been accredited to my account. No answer is given as to why. Poor service The Fix Atlantis Store
Agent Handle to call poorly, jumped to his own conclusions without knowing all the details. Requested for him to call me back. No call received.
Paid my account like I usually do, 6 days later my payment has still not been allocated to my account.
Received a international payment but capitec won't clear the payment to my account because the beneficiary name was incorrect! This is ridiculous! Pay me my money!
This is my second time buying something online that is on special - checked out/paid. It has been processing for 2 days. The other items are out on delivery! Why put the items on sale when you not able to provide the product? - We sorry we can't find what you are looking for. But it is part of my order.
The Online Shopping department agents are incompetent. They cannot successfully help with profiles. Profiles are deleted for no reason. And when you ask them to help they can't assist!
Hello Peter I bought R50 Airtime for my new via Cellc Banking App. Transaction unsuccessful and it gave a ticket number but the money was DEDUCTED from my account. When I logged out and back in the money appeared. Without being in my transactions. When I logged out and in again. It was gone without being in the transactions. Only shows deducted ONCE. *There was also no transactions to that number* - but how can that be if the money was deducted? Capitec Please explain what fraud and theft is happening. Good day. My experience with sonic for the last few months have been terrible. From intermittent connectivity to no connection. This is terrible. I work from home and cannot work due to Sonic Telecoms Poor service. And they debit their money every month without a hassle. And stil I'm having endless problems with them. YOU GUYS NEED TO STEP UP YOUR GAME.
With 0% of connectivity I am expected to pay 100% of my installment. No technical team has ever been sent out to my location to assess the reason for the break in TRANSMISSION. This has been going on for months I have been on with them on their whatsapp line. I am losing out on business because of the no service I am getting from the "SERVICE PROVIDER" "SONIC TELECOMS"....URGENTLY step up your game.
