WeBuyCars service is shocking. They lie on their vehicle inspection reports, and when you want to cancel and get your money back, they are full of excuses and sends you from pilar to post. They are quick to take your money when you want to buy a vehicle, but once payment is made, they do not care one bit about you as customer. Think twice before you even consider dealing with them.
Warning! Do not trust these people if you value your vehicle. They will do work on your vehicle outside their scope, damage your vehicle, and then claim they are not at fault because it wasn't part of their scope. They will also accept instructions from you, lie and claim the instructions were carried out without doing anything, and then also claim work was outside their scope. And if you complain they will pretend they did nothing wrong.
They **** you, avoid. They are quick to process losing bets and take your money, but winning bets don't get processed.
FNB Insurance brokers is a ****. They are quick to sign you up and take your money, but when you want to submit a claim there is NO response. Submitted a claim form 2 weeks ago already, with NO response, not even an acknowledgement of my email.
Thanks to Mr Moleleki Makgetha's poor attitude, lack of business acumen and refusal to render a service, we will be moving our account to another bank. The only way to make the bank realize they are there to serve their customers is for them to lose business. We are not doing them a Favour to bank with them, they need customers more than we need them.
Absolutely shocking workmanship and service. I do not recommend anyone use this company unless you have lots of time and money to waste. Also don't bother trying to get them to fix their horrific workmanship, you will simply be ignored.
PATHETIC. our instructions for mandate changes were simply ignored, allowing access to our account by people that should not have access. If security is high priority on your business account, I suggest you go elsewhere, FNB has no regard for security. I will be moving our bank accounts to another bank asap.
FNB cannot even action a simple instruction or READ their own forms. Instructions are not attended to, and queries ignored. All this while you have a business to run. Time to seriously consider other banks.
Once again FNB does not fail to disappoint. Service is non - existent. Requested update of mandates 16 May 2024, requested follow-up 22 July 2024, yet to date NO RESPONSE. How is a business supposed to continue to operate when it takes more than TWO MONTHS to update signatures?? I suggest if you run a business that you bank somewhere else, FNB does not have the service level needed.
Please do not send your loved ones to this hospital. They only care about making money. They have no respect for patients or their visitors, their hygiene is absolutely shocking, and their staff cannot be trusted with your valuables. They will lie and *****, and neglect their duties, and it will not matter if you complain to management or Netcare, your complaint will simply be swept under the carpet. You are safer staying at home than going to this hospital, avoid at all cost.
